The world's longest cricket marathon, or the longest marathon playing cricket, [1] is a world record of the longest time continuously playing the game of cricket between two teams.
It is held by Blunham Cricket Club from Bedfordshire England. In 2018 Club broke the world record by playing continuous cricket for 168 hours.
It was previously held by Blunham Cricket Club from Bedfordshire in England. [2] The club played for 105 hours from 10am Thursday 26 August 2010 until stumps were drawn at 7pm on Monday 30 August 2010. Guinness World records ratified the attempt on 8 April 2011. The club played in pink and purple to highlight cancer charities for both men and women.

World records in the marathon are ratified by World Athletics, the international governing body for the sport of athletics.
Inter-county cricket matches have been played since the early 18th century, involving teams that are representative of the historic counties of England and Wales. Since the late 19th century, there have been two county championship competitions played at different levels: the County Championship, a first-class competition which involves eighteen first-class county clubs among which seventeen are English and one is from Wales; and the National Counties Championship, which involves nineteen English county clubs and one club that represents several Welsh counties.

Cheriton Road is a complex of sports grounds at Folkestone in the English county of Kent. Chidera Anamege, now known by his stage name Chiddy Bang, is an American rapper from Philadelphia. Prior to its breakup, Chiddy Bang was an American hip hop duo consisting of Anamege, under the stage name Chiddy, and Noah Beresin, under the stage name Xaphoon Jones. The duo was introduced by former band member Zachary Sewall in late 2008 while the two were studying at Drexel University, in Beresin's hometown of Philadelphia. The 2014 Philippine Basketball Marathon was the longest basketball match played according to the Guinness World Records from 2014 to 2021. The basketball game which was contested by Team Walang Iwanan and Team Bounce Back took place from March 24 to 29, 2014 at the Meralco Gym in Metro Manila. The match had a duration of 120 hours, one minute and 7.8 seconds. The marathon was a fund raising event to provide housing in an area in Negros Occidental which was devastated from Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda). The marathon broke the record set at the Missouri Athletic Club which took place in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 21–25, 2012 with the game duration of 112 hours and 13 seconds.
Rajeev Nayyar is a former Indian first-class cricketer who played for Himachal Pradesh. In 1999, he set the record for the longest first-class innings of all time by batting for 1,015 minutes in a Ranji Trophy match against Jammu and Kashmir.

He is also a Guinness World Record holder for his marathon effort in 2016 when he batted for 51 hours non-stop in order to raise funds for the construction of Gahanga International Cricket Stadium.
