The skyscraper has total floor area of 70,000 sq.meters with retail & entertainment space. The tower, which is 270 meter-tall, has 54 floors. [2]

Description

It is one of the tallest office buildings in Jakarta. [3]

The WCT is equipped with bomb and metal detection equipment, including 10 meters of glass applications and 19 mm thick bomb blast glass proof material in the main lobby. To reduce noise from outside and to reject the heat of the sun, the tower is equipped with infrared rays, and building facades coated low-e-double glass. WCT will also be equipped with a garden area of 3,000 square meters and a special building (annex) three floors covering an area of 2.700 square meters for retail and lifestyle, especially food & beverage. It is part of a complex of two towers, which will be linked by a multistory podium that will provide two tall exterior "walls" for the central plaza. In addition to two linked towers, the complex replicates an alun-alun, a traditional Javanese town center characterized by a walled, open-air courtyard.

Rajawali Place is a mixed development complex under construction in Setiabudi, Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex has two skyscrapers: The St. Regis Jakarta Hotel and Rajawali Place office tower. The complex has a land area of 2.3 hectares. The site was formerly occupied by the Four Seasons Jakarta, which relocated to Capital Place Jakarta. The West Setia Budi Reservoir is located in front of the complex.
