Wouter van der Goes (born 18 January 1973, Alkmaar) is a Dutch radio DJ. [1]
At age twelve, he was tinkering with audio equipment as a hobby. Later, during his free time, he worked with several local radio stations, as well as pirate stations, while having a regular job as an insurance salesman.
In 1995, Van der Goes is hired by Radio 538 and turns his hobby into a job. He has hosted several shows, such as Weekend Warming Up, Peepshow, After Dark and 538 Classics.
In 1998 he transfers to Veronica FM, which in 2001 changed its name to Yorin FM. At this station, his shows include Gijs & Wout in de middag ("Gijs & Wout in the afternoon"), which he hosts together with Gijs Staverman.
Between 2004 and 2006 he hosted the show Wout! on 3FM radio, every day between 16:00 and 18:00. He participated in the House of Glass during the Serious Request project twice.
He is now a programme director for Q-Music.

Radio 538 refers to the wavelength on which Radio Veronica used to broadcast in the 1970s. The station is owned by Talpa Network. Mostly targetting a young audience, the station plays a mix of current dance, R&B, pop, and rock hits. The music selection is mainly based on the Dutch Top 40 chart. Its breakfast and drive-time shows are talk-intensive.

Van Diepen is the station-voice for Radio 538 and FOX Television NL and does movie trailer voiceover work. In spring 2019, Dutch online newspaper Nu.nl declared Vengaboys as the most successful Dutch pop group in history.
SLAM! is a Dutch commercial national radio station that plays current-based rhythmic and dance hits. SLAM! has a strong commitment in breaking new dance music. The playlist and presentation serves as a combination of 538 and 3FM. The station is broadcast in the Netherlands and can be received via the either FM, Internet (worldwide) and cable. The broadcasting building and studios of SLAM! are located in Naarden, North Holland. In 2012, it was announced that SLAM! has the largest market share among the country's young people (16.8%). HitRadio Veronica was a Dutch commercial radio station that was created when the public broadcaster Veronica Omroep Organisatie left the public system in August 1995, creating the Holland Media Groep with CLT (RTL). Before that Veronica bought the station Holland FM and rebranded it into Hitradio Holland FM and later Hitradio 1224. Most of known Veronica DJs switched to Hitradio 1224.
