The XPW World Tag Team Championship was a world tag team championship in the Xtreme Pro Wrestling promotion.

The championship was introduced at Baptized in Blood III in 2002 and its inaugural champions were decided in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination tag team match that featured Mexico's Most Wanted (Halloween and Damián 666), The New Panthers (K. Malik Shabazz and Raphael Muhammed), the team of Pogo The Clown and Juantastico, and the team of American Wild Child and Shady. [1] Only three teams would end up holding the XPW World Tag Team Championship, with two teams holding the titles on two occasions. Luke Hawx and Scorpio Sky were the final champions.

An Xtreme Pro Wrestling (XPW) reunion show called the XPW Ten Year Anniversary Spectacular, nicknamed XPW X, took place on August 22, 2009, at the Arena Night Club in Los Angeles. The event took place on the same weekend as SummerSlam, which was also taking place in Los Angeles. The main event of the show was a XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship match in which Supreme beat "The Hardcore Homo" Angel. This was the second XPW reunion show to have occurred, the first being Cold Day in Hell which was held on May 24, 2008.

Lester Perfors was an American professional wrestler better known by his ring name, Supreme who fought hardcore style. Supreme was well known in Xtreme Pro Wrestling and Southern California promotions. He held the XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship five times.
