Yūsaku Igarashi (五十嵐 雄策, Igarashi Yūsaku, born October 3) is a Japanese writer of light novels. [1] In 2003 Igarashi won the Grand Prize in the fourth Dengeki hp Novella Prize held by MediaWorks for his novella Shiawase Nisei Taidōkyo Keikaku: Yōsei-san no Ohanashi. The following year in 2004, Igarashi debuted with his light novel series Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu . His hobbies include playing the piano, and cooking. He is also the author for the light novel series Hanikami Triangle.

Dirty Pair is a series of Japanese light novels written by Haruka Takachiho and illustrated by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko that was later adapted into anime and manga versions. The first stories that make up the first volume were first published on the S-F Magazine. The franchise has been published in multiple formats, and adapted into various other media, resulting in eight novels and several shorter stories, a television series, two OVA series, two OVA features, a feature film, a number of graphic novels, and two short Japanese radio series. The 1985 television series won the Animage Anime Grand Prix prize for that year.
Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh is a Japanese shōnen manga magazine published by ASCII Media Works under the Dengeki brand. Many manga serialized in Dengeki Daioh were later published in tankōbon volumes under ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Comics imprint. The magazine is sold every month on the 27th. A yonkoma section of Dengeki Daioh called Dengeki Yonkoma Daioh (電撃4コマ大王) features various omake strips of the manga series published in it. The format is typically a normal drawing on the right side featuring one or sometimes more characters, and a vertical four panel strip on the left featuring characters from the associated series in super deformed form. Two special editions of the magazine called Dengeki Moeoh and Dengeki Daioh Genesis are sold bimonthly and quarterly, respectively.
Dengeki hp (電撃hp) was a Japanese magazine published by MediaWorks centered on publishing light novels aimed at a young adult male readership. The first issue was released on December 18, 1998, and for the first eight issues was published quarterly; after this, it was published bimonthly. The magazine was discontinued in October 2007, and was succeeded by Dengeki Bunko Magazine in December 2007.

Three volumes of a spin-off light novel series were also created, aptly titled Toradora Spin-off!. A manga adaptation by Zekkyō started serialization in the September 2007 issue of the shōnen manga magazine Dengeki Comic Gao!, published by MediaWorks. The manga ended serialization in Dengeki Comic Gao! with the March 2008 issue, but continued serialization in ASCII Media Works' manga magazine Dengeki Daioh with the May 2008 issue.
Haruka Nogizaka's Secret is a Japanese light novel series by Yūsaku Igarashi, with illustrations by Shaa. The series originally started serialization in MediaWorks' now-defunct light novel magazine Dengeki hp on June 18, 2004. The first novel was released in October 2004, and as of January 2012, 15 volumes have been published by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki Bunko imprint. A manga adaptation by Yasuhiro Miyama was serialized in ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Moeoh between the October 2006 and August 2010 issues. An anime adaptation produced by Studio Barcelona aired between July and September 2008; a second anime season aired between October and December 2009. A visual novel for the PlayStation 2 was released in Japan in September 2008 and a second game for the PlayStation Portable was released for digital download in February 2010.

Menacing Dog's is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shaa, the same illustrator of the Haruka Nogizaka's Secret light novel series. The manga was originally serialized in MediaWorks' Dengeki Teioh magazine, but after the magazine became defunct, it began serialization in Dengeki G's Festival! Comic, renamed Menacing Dog's: Another Secret. The manga was serialized in the two magazines between the November 2005 and January 2012 issues. A total of four tankōbon volumes were published under the Dengeki Comics imprint. Infinity Studios licensed Menacing Dog's in North America, and Menacing Dog's: Another Secret's chapters are digitally serialized in English on Kadokawa's Comic Walker website.
