Yoola is a multi-channel network company based in Los Angeles, California in the United States. [1] It offers tools and services to content creators including copyright management, content strategy, format development, data analysis and benchmarking, and direct advertising. [2] [3]

History

The company was founded in Israel in 2011 by Artyom Geller, Mikhail Shaposhnikov, Alexander Shaposhnikov, and Ilan Troyanovsky. [4] Initially, the founders launched a fashion channel, and after working with several content creators, launched a multi-channel network on YouTube. [5]

In 2016 Eyal Baumel joined the company as CEO. Since 2022 he is the president of Yoola. [6] [7]

The company initially focused on English video content, but later added German, Spanish and Russian content. [4]

In 2016, Yoola began to localize channels, them by creating new channels dubbed in different languages. [8] [9] [10]

Like Nastya and her family became clients in 2016. [3] [11]

In 2019 the company co-founded a development and investment division with actor Ian Somerhalder. Its first product was an energy drink. [12] [13] [14]
