Zalesie [zaˈlɛɕɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Miejsce Piastowe, within Krosno County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Krosno and 45 km (28 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów. [1]

The current mayor Marek Klara was elected in 2006.
