Taare Zameen Par, also known as Like Stars on Earth in English, is a 2007 Indian Hindi-language musical drama film produced and directed by Aamir Khan. It stars Khan himself, with Darsheel Safary, Tanay Chheda, Vipin Sharma and Tisca Chopra. It explores the life and imagination of Ishaan (Safary), an artistically gifted 8-year-old boy whose poor academic performance leads his parents to send him to a boarding school, where a new art teacher Nikumbh (Khan) suspects that he is dyslexic and helps him to overcome his reading disorder.
Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasmaan is an Indian television show broadcast on STAR Plus. The series was produced by Smriti Irani along with Ekta Kapoor. It aired during weekends from 19 August 2006 to 2 September 2007.

Amole Gupte is an Indian screenwriter, actor, singer and director, known for his work on the 2007 Bollywood film Taare Zameen Par as creative director and screenwriter. He conceived the film along with his wife, Deepa Bhatia. He was the chairperson of the Children's Film Society, India from 2012 to 2015. And presently serves as a member of the advisory board of the Kautik International Student Film Festival.

Bharat Rangachary was an Indian film director and producer of Bollywood. He has directed several successful films like Zameen Aasmaan, Baat Ban Jaye, Waqt Hamara Hai and Takkar. He died on 4 July 1995, in Bombay due to cancer. His last film Takkar was released shortly after his death. He started his career as an assistant director with acclaimed director Hrishikesh Mukherjee. He was also acclaimed for his direction of TV series Subah on Doordarshan.
