Zedi Ramadani (born 22 April 1985) [2] is a Croatian retired football player of Albanian descent.
Ramadani previously played for NK Varteks, NK Pula, HNK Rijeka and NK Croatia Sesvete of the Croatian Prva HNL. [3] A former u-21 national football team player, his professional career was crippled by a mysterious illness which turned out to be a brain tumor, which was operated on in May 2009. Recovering from the disease, he returned to playing lower league football, hoping to play in the Prva HNL again one day. [4]
He has ethnic Albanian ancestry from North Macedonia, namely Tetovo. [5]

Hrvatski nogometni klub Gorica, commonly referred to as HNK Gorica, is a Croatian football club based in the town of Velika Gorica, located just south of the Croatian capital Zagreb. They play their home matches at the Gradski stadion Velika Gorica, which has a capacity of 5,200. They won the 2010–11 Croatian Second Football League title and were initially promoted to Croatian First Football League, but their top license was revoked. The club regard themselves as the spiritual continuation of the former Prva HNL members NK Radnik, who went bankrupt and were dissolved in 2009. However, legally HNK Gorica is a distinct and separate club, and is not entitled to claim the history of the old NK Radnik.

The Prva HNL Player of the Year award was an annual association football award given by the Croatian newspaper Slobodna Dalmacija. It was awarded to the best football player who plied his trade in the Prva HNL, Croatian top flight and winners were chosen by the newspaper's sports editors. Winners for the preceding year were usually announced around 1 January and all players who had spent the entire calendar year playing in the league were eligible for the award, regardless of their nationality. The award was established in 1992 and lasted until 2010 when it was awarded for the last time.
