Idea Zee Cinestars was a popular talent-hunt reality show that began its second season after the success of its first season show India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj on Zee TV channel in 2006. The second season of the show was produced by Optimystix Entertainment. The show went on air in the first week of November and had its Grand Finale in March 2007 at a glittering 2 hour ground event that was televised live.
The show's main concept is to find Bollywood's next superstar among many of the contestants who participated. This is a reality/talent show and is a hunt for Bollywood's next superstars. It is a platform where contestants display their talent to on-looking nation and get voted as the next Bollywood star.
Zee Cinestars is a platform for every Indian youth who dreams of making it in the movies. It was a 1 hour talent hunt show; it featured participants from various cities in the country, who showcased their acting and dancing skills in the show. The show aims to find two potential stars, who will be given an opportunity to feature in their forthcoming film which is to be produced by a leading banner.
This reality series is split into various stages and will essentially showcase the ecstasy, trauma, victory and defeat through 18 weeks. The hunt will narrow down to 2 Best performers from the entire nation. 60 participants will be brought down to Bombay – ‘The City of Dreams’, where, over the weeks they will begin to get eliminated, until only two winners are left. The 60 participants are grouped as couples who will be groomed by Bollywood’s popular Directors and Choreographers. The Best couple is chosen by the viewers who have been voting for their favourite performers, through the weeks. This journey to fame is interwoven with the trials and tribulations of the participants who are thriving to be introduced to Hindi Cinema as actors.

India's Best Cinestar Ki Khoj is an Indian television series that premiered on Zee TV in 2004. The first season of the stage show was directed by Gajendra Singh while the Reality episodes were directed by Ramon Chibb and Siddharth Bahuguna. The show in its first season had Sudhir Mishra and Vivek Vaswani as mentors to the budding talent. It is a talent show for aspiring actors, and the first prize is the lead role in a film. Two winners, one male and one female, are crowned at the finale. The show returned for its second season in 2006 and a third one in 2014.
Dance India Dance is an Indian Hindi-language dance competition reality television series that airs on Zee TV, created and produced by Essel Vision Productions. It premiered on 30 January 2009. Here the judges are called Masters and Mithun Chakraborty was called Grand Master . Season 7 premiered with a different concept. This show is a remake of Bengali show Dance Bangla Dance which premiered on 2007. After 3 successful seasons of Dance Bangla Dance, Zee TV remade this show for all-over Indian participants.

Nakul Dev Mahajan is an Indian-American Bollywood dancer and choreographer best known for his choreography on So You Think You Can Dance. He is the founder and artistic director of NDM Bollywood Dance Productions and Studios, a Bollywood dance company based in Artesia, California. Mahajan has served as a talent show judge for reality television productions. His dance choreography is prominent in the Disney Junior animated series Mira, Royal Detective.
Aman Verma is an Indian television anchor and actor. As an anchor, Verma is best known for hosting the game show Khullja Sim Sim on Star Plus from 2001 to 2004. His other hosting duties were with Mini Mathur in the first season of Indian Idol on Sony TV and Zee TV's Zee Cinestars. He has also acted in Bollywood movies. Verma was also seen in Life OK's show Hum Ne Li Hai- Shapath as ACP Diler Kumar. He also participated in the ninth season of Indian reality series Bigg Boss.

Airtel Super Singer 5 – Thamizhagathil Brahmaanda Kuralukkaana Thedal, the fifth season of the Airtel Super Singer show, is a reality-based Indian singing competition in Tamil language that aired on Vijay TV. The Voice of Nepal is a Nepalese reality show and the Nepalese format of the international TV singing reality series called The Voice. The show usually has four different coaches (judges), who eventually form four different teams after the selection event called the Blind Audition. Each team has to go through the battle round where contestants are paired with one another within the same team and only half of the total selected contestants from the blind audition are selected for the knockout round. During the knockout round, based on The Voice format, only the best and strongest contestants who their respective coach consider the best overall are selected by their coaches. They also have the sole right to do this on his or her own and take them to the live round. During the live round event, through a series of voting episodes, only one contestant with the most popular vote will advance to the grand finale. The first season of the voice of Nepal was won by CD Vijaya Adhikari from Team Deep, season 2 was won by Ram Limbu from Team Pramod and season 3 was won by Kiran Gajmer from Team Pramod. The Grand Finale of season 1 was held on 14 December 2018 in Quatar stadium, the second season's Grand finale was held at Taragaon Open Field Chuchchepati Kathmandu on 7 December 2019 and the third season's Grand Finale was held in The Voice Studio, Dhumbarahi. The voice of Nepal was bought by Himalaya Television.
