Wanneroo Raceway Motorsport track in Perth, Western Australia

Wanneroo Raceway is a motorsport circuit located in Neerabup, approximately 50 kilometres (30 mi) north of Perth in Western Australia. It was built by the WA Sporting Car Club.

The 2003 V8 Supercar season was the 44th year of touring car racing in Australia since the first runnings of the Australian Touring Car Championship and the fore-runner of the present day Bathurst 1000, the Armstrong 500.

The 1997 ARDC AMSCAR Sedan Series was an Australian touring car series and was run for cars eligible to V8 Supercar specifications, although the series was not sanctioned by AVESCO. It began on 22 June 1997 at Eastern Creek Raceway and ended on 7 December at Eastern Creek Raceway after four rounds.

The 2008 Australian Drivers' Championship was a CAMS sanctioned national motor racing title which was contested concurrently with the 2008 Kumho Tyres Australian Formula 3 Championship. The championship winner was awarded the 2008 CAMS Gold Star. The 2008 championship was the 52nd Australian Drivers' Championship and the fourth to be contested with open wheel racing cars constructed in accordance with FIA Formula 3 regulations. The season began on 3 February 2008 at Eastern Creek Raceway and finished on 21 September at Symmons Plains Raceway after eight rounds across four different states with two races per round.

The 2008 Eastern Creek round of the V8 Supercar Championship was the second round of the Australian 2008 V8 Supercar season. It was held on the weekend of 7 to 9 March at Eastern Creek Raceway, in the outer suburbs of Sydney, the capital of New South Wales.

2001 VIP Petfoods Queensland 500

The 2001 VIP Petfoods Queensland 500 was an endurance race for V8 Supercars held at Queensland Raceway near Ipswich in Queensland, Australia on 26 August 2001. The programmed race distance was 161 laps however the race was stopped due to heavy rain and results were declared as at the completion of 156 laps.

The 2004 V8 Supercar Championship Series was an Australian racing series for V8 Supercars. It began on 21 March 2004 at the Adelaide Street Circuit and ended on 5 December at Eastern Creek Raceway after 13 rounds. It was the sixth running of the V8 Supercar Championship Series. The series winner was also awarded the 45th Australian Touring Car Championship title by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport.

The 2009 Australian Drivers' Championship was a CAMS sanctioned national motor racing title with the championship winner receiving the 2009 CAMS Gold Star award. The 2009 championship was the 53rd Australian Drivers' Championship and the fifth to be contested with open wheel racing cars constructed in accordance with FIA Formula 3 regulations. The season began on 19 March 2009 at the Adelaide Street Circuit and finished on 29 November at Sandown Raceway after eight events across four different states with two rounds per event. Team BRM driver Joey Foster became the second successive champion from Great Britain, holding off 2007 series champion Tim Macrow by eight points. In the National classes, Tom Tweedie was champion in National A, recording three top-three overall finishes and twelve class wins, while Peter Kalpakiotis was champion in National B as he was the only driver to contest more than one meeting.

The 2010 Shannons V8 Touring Car National Series is the third running of the V8 Touring Car National Series. The series takes place on the program of Shannons Nationals Motor Racing Championships events. The Series began at Symmons Plains Raceway on 10 April and finished at Sandown Raceway on 24 October. Entries were hit hard in 2010 with just seven cars appearing across the opening two rounds and only three appearing at both of the first two events. Entries picked up after that, peaking at 14 cars at Winton.

The 2011 Kumho V8 Touring Car Series was an Australian motor racing series for V8 Touring Cars, which are de-registered and superseded former V8 Supercars. Although the series utilised cars built for V8 Supercar racing, it was not an official V8 Supercar series.

2001 Phillip Island V8 Supercar round

The 2001 Phillip Island V8 Supercar round was the first round of the 2001 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 23 to 25 March at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit in Victoria, Australia.

2001 Eastern Creek V8 Supercar round

The 2001 Eastern Creek V8 Supercar round was the third round of the 2001 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 28 to 29 November at Eastern Creek Raceway in Sydney, New South Wales.

2001 Hidden Valley V8 Supercar round

The 2001 Hidden Valley V8 Supercar round was the fourth round of the 2001 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 12 to 13 May at Hidden Valley Raceway in Darwin, Northern Territory.

2001 Barbagallo V8 Supercar round

The 2001 Barbagallo V8 Supercar round was the sixth round of the 2001 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 22 to 24 June at the Barbagallo, now Wanneroo Raceway in Perth, Western Australia.

2001 Calder Park V8 Supercar round

The 2001 Calder Park V8 Supercar round was the seventh round of the 2001 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 14 to 15 July at the Calder Park Raceway in Melbourne, Victoria. This would also be the 25th and last time that Calder Park Raceway would host a round of the V8 Supercar Championship Series.

2001 Oran Park V8 Supercar round 2001 sports event

The 2001 Oran Park V8 Supercar round was the eighth round of the 2001 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 28 to 29 July at the Oran Park Raceway in Narellan, New South Wales.

1999 Oran Park V8 Supercar round

The 1999 Oran Park V8 Supercar round was the eleventh round of the 1999 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 3 to 5 September at Oran Park Raceway in Sydney, New South Wales.

1999 Symmons Plains V8 Supercar round

The 1999 Symmons Plains V8 Supercar round was the ninth round of the 1999 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 6 to 8 August at Symmons Plains Raceway in Launceston, Tasmania.

1999 Sandown V8 Supercar round

The 1999 Sandown V8 Supercar round was the sixth round of the 1999 Shell Championship Series. It was held on the weekend of 25 to 27 June at Sandown International Raceway in Melbourne, Victoria.
