Camille Lecointre is a French sailor.

The 42nd FIE Fencing World Cup began in October 2012 and concluded in July 2013 at the 2013 World Fencing Championships held in Budapest. Andrea Cassarà of Italy won the title for a record fifth time in men's foil, while Romania's Ana Maria Brânză ended up the top-ranked fencer in women's épée for a record third time. The World Cup medals were awarded during the FIE's gala dinner in Paris at the Automobile Club de France on 30 November 2013.

The 43rd FIE Fencing World Cup began in October 2013 and concluded in July 2014 at the 2014 World Fencing Championships held in Kazan. The World Cup medals were awarded during the FIE's gala dinner in Rome at Palazzo Colonna on 22 November 2014.

The 1902 UCI Track Cycling World Championships were the World Championship for track cycling. They took place in Rome, Italy for the sprint disciplines on 15 June and -as the flat cycling track in Rome proved unsuitable- in Berlin, Germany for the motor paced disciplines on 22 June. Four events for men were contested, two for professionals and two for amateurs.

The 1900 UCI Track Cycling World Championships were the World Championship for track cycling. They took place in Paris, France from 12 to 18 August 1900. Four events for men were contested, two for professionals and two for amateurs. Apart from the four events a tandem event was organized. This race has never been officially recognized. The Dutch duo Harrie Meyers-Fernando Tomaselli won ahead of the French duo Edmond Jacquelin-Lucien Louvet and the French-American duo Charles Vanoni-Robert Protin. Because the race was not official the medalists are not listed in the list of Tandem World Champions.

The 2015 Pan American Fencing Championships were held at the National Sports Stadium, in Santiago de Chile, from 17 to 26 April 2015. The event was organized by the Pan American Fencing Confederation and the Chilean Fencing Federation, with the support of the International Fencing Federation and with the sponsorship of the Chilean Ministry of Sport and the Chilean Olympic Committee. It gathered more than 220 fencers from 24 countries. It is a qualifying tournament for the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto. It also belongs to the qualification road to the 2016 Summer Olympics.

The 2015 African Fencing Championships were held in Cairo, Egypt from 12 to 16 June.

The 2016 Pan American Fencing Championships were being held at the Convention Center Vasco Nuñez de Balboa in Panama City from 21 to 26 June 2016. The event was organized by the Pan American Fencing Confederation and the National Fencing Association of Panama.

Sergey Olegovich Bida is a Russian left-handed épée fencer. He was ranked #1 in the world in 2019 and 2020. He is a three-time European épée team champion, and 2021 Olympic épée team silver medalist.
