2013 World Series of Darts

The 2013 World Series of Darts was the inaugural tour of the World Series of Darts organised by the Professional Darts Corporation. There were two events of the tour, the Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters and the Sydney Darts Masters. The two tournaments featured slightly different formats. The Dubai Masters only seeing the top eight Order of Merit players in a seeded bracket over two days, with the Sydney masters seeing the top eight being joined by eight regional qualifiers. [1]

The 2015 Unibet World Series of Darts Finals was the inaugural event of the World Series of Darts Finals. The tournament took place in the Braehead Arena, Glasgow, Scotland, between 21–22 November 2015. It featured a field of 24 players formed up of a mix of players who had competed in the 2015 World Series of Darts, along with some invited players.

The 2016 Dubai Duty Free Darts Masters was the fourth staging of the tournament organised by the Professional Darts Corporation. It was the first World Series of Darts event of 2016. The tournament featured eight of the top 10 players according to the PDC Order of Merit, competing in a knockout system. The tournament was held at the Dubai Tennis Centre in Dubai over 26–27 May 2016.

The PDC European Tour is a series of darts tournaments held across Europe organized by the Professional Darts Corporation. The 2017 Shanghai Darts Masters was the second staging of the tournament by the Professional Darts Corporation, as a second entry in the 2017 World Series of Darts. The tournament featured eight Asian players who faced eight PDC players and was held at the Pullman Hotel Shanghai South in Shanghai, China from 6–7 July 2017.

The World Series of Darts Finals is a non-ranking darts tournament held by the Professional Darts Corporation. It is classed as a PDC premier event. The tournament was held annually in November, but in 2020, it moved to September, and moved to October in 2021. The first three events were held in the Braehead Arena in Glasgow, Scotland, moved to the Multiversum Schwechat, Vienna, Austria for 2018, and moved to the AFAS Live, Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2019. In 2020, it returned to Austria, in the Salzburgarena, Salzburg, before its return to Amsterdam in 2021.

There were four events of the tour, held in Dubai, Singapore, Perth, and Sydney. The four tournaments featured two different formats. They all featured the top six players on the Order of Merit joined by two PDC wildcards. The Perth and Sydney tournaments also featured eight regional qualifiers.
