The 2019 German Darts Masters was the third staging of the tournament by the Professional Darts Corporation, and was the second entry in the 2019 World Series of Darts. The tournament featured 16 players (eight PDC players facing eight regional qualifiers) and was held at the LANXESS arena in Cologne, Germany on 12–13 July 2019.
Mensur Suljović was the defending champion after defeating Dimitri Van den Bergh 8–2 in the 2018 final, but lost 8–3 to Gabriel Clemens in the semi-finals.
Peter Wright won his third World Series title and his second in Germany with an 8–6 win over Gabriel Clemens in the final.
Three of the top-ranked PDC players were beaten in the first round, a new record for the World Series.
The total prize fund was £60,000.

Mensur Suljović is an Austrian professional darts player. He plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, having previously played in the British Darts Organisation (BDO).
Daryl Gurney is a Northern Irish professional darts player who plays in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events.
Michael Smith is an English professional darts player playing in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He was the 2013 PDC Under-21 World Champion and has since won eight titles on the PDC Pro Tour. He is yet to win a PDC major title, but has been runner-up at the World Championship, World Matchplay (2019), The Masters (2020) and the Premier League (2018).

Dimitri Van den Bergh is a Belgian darts player who currently competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He is a two-time World Youth Champion and the 2020 World Matchplay champion, after beating Gary Anderson 18–10 in the final, in his first time competing in the Matchplay.
