The 2023 USA Cross Country Championships will be the 132nd edition of the USA Cross Country Championships. The USA Cross Country Championships will take place at Pole Green Park in Richmond, Virginia, on 21 January 2023 and will serve as the US Trials for 44th edition of 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships (6 member teams) in Bathurst, Australia on 18 February 2023. Molly Seidel is an American long distance runner. Seidel represented the United States at the Great Edinburgh Cross Country in 2012, 2013, and 2018. Later, she went on to win the bronze medal in her third career marathon at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. The men's race was won by Anthony Rotich in 30:17. The women's race was won by Natosha Rogers in a time of 35:44. The junior (U-20) men's race was won by Corey Gorgas in 25:44. The junior (U-20) women's race was won by Brooke Rauber in a time of 22:11

Weini Kelati Frezghi is an Eritrean-born American middle- and long-distance runner. She claimed asylum in the United States in July 2014 and subsequently achieved multiple victories in state- and national-level competitions while attending Heritage High School in Leesburg, Virginia. While competing for the University of New Mexico, Kelati won the 2019 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships. In June 2021, she became a U.S. citizen and began competing as an American. Kelati set an American record of 1:06.25 for the half marathon in January 2024. She runs professionally for Under Armour on the group Dark Sky Distance.

The USA Cross Country Championships took place in San Diego, California, on 8 January 2022 and served as the US Trials for 5th edition of 2022 Pan American Cross Country Cup in Serra, Espírito Santo, Brazil. The men's race was won by Shadrack Kipchirchir in 30:32. The women's race was won by Alicia Monson in a time of 34:01. The junior (U-20) men's race was won by Gabe Simonsen in 25:42. The junior (U-20) women's race was won by Zariel Macchia in a time of 22:50.

Ednah Kurgat is a Kenyan-born American middle- and long-distance runner. She won the 2017 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships while competing for the University of New Mexico. In October 2023, Kurgat represented the United States in the 10000 metres at the Pan American Games, winning a bronze medal. She is a member of the U.S. Army World Class Athlete Program.

The 2024 USA Cross Country Championships will be the 133rd edition of the USA Cross Country Championships. The USA Cross Country Championships will take place at Hanover County, Virginia's Pole Green Park in Richmond, Virginia, on 20 January 2024. will serve as the US Trials for 45th edition of 2024 World Athletics Cross Country Championships, to be held a March 30 in Belgrade, Serbia.
