The A912 is a major road in both Perth and Kinross and Fife, Scotland. It runs from the A9 in Perth, in the north, to the A92 at Muirhead, in the south. Part of it was formerly part of the A90.
From the Inveralmond Roundabout, the road travels southeasterly, as the Dunkeld Road, towards Perth's city centre. After crossing the roundabout where it meets the A85 Crieff Road, it continues southeasterly, briefly becoming Barrack Street before its junction with Caledonian Road and Atholl Street (the A989, the Perth Inner Ring Road).
A short distance later, it turns east onto King's Place, then Marshall Place, before turning south as it passes through the eastern third of the South Inch as the Edinburgh Road. Continuing south, it passes beneath the M90 interchange at Craigend, [1] before crossing the River Earn at Bridge of Earn. [2]
Turning southeast, it passes beneath the M90 again as it continues towards Aberargie and the junction of the A913.
Following the River Farg in a southerly direction, the road meets the B996 at the Bein Inn in Glenfarg. This was the original southern end of the A912, prior to the opening of the M90.
Continuing south, passing to the west of Balvaird Castle and crossing Barroway Burn, it meets the A91 on its northern side.
The A912 runs concurrently with the A91 to the northeast for just over two miles, at which point, near Strathmiglo, it leaves again on its southern side.
After crossing the River Eden, the A912 continues southeast, crossing Arraty Burn before passing through Falkland and onwards to its terminus at the New Inn Roundabout in Muirhead.
The A41 is a trunk road between London and Birkenhead, England. Now in parts replaced by motorways, it passes through or near Watford, Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Bicester, Solihull, Birmingham, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Newport, Whitchurch, Chester and Ellesmere Port.
The A4 is a major road in England from Central London to Avonmouth via Heathrow Airport, Reading, Bath and Bristol. It is historically known as the Bath Road with newer sections including the Great West Road and Portway. The road was once the main route from London to Bath, Bristol and the west of England and formed, after the A40, the second main western artery from London.
The A57 is a major road in England. It runs east from Liverpool to Lincoln via Warrington, Salford and Manchester, and then through the Pennines over the Snake Pass (between the high moorlands of Bleaklow and Kinder Scout), around the Ladybower Reservoir, through Sheffield and past Worksop. Between Liverpool and Glossop, the road has largely been superseded by the M62, M602 and M67 motorways. Within Manchester a short stretch becomes the Mancunian Way, designated A57(M).
The A90 road is a major north to south road in eastern Scotland, running from Edinburgh to Fraserburgh, through Dundee and Aberdeen. Along with the A9 and the A82 it is one of the three major north–south trunk roads connecting the Central Belt to the North.
The M90 is a motorway in Scotland. It runs from Junction 1A of the M9 motorway, south of the Queensferry Crossing, to Perth. It is the northernmost motorway in the United Kingdom. The northern point goes to the western suburbs of Perth at Broxden. A small part of the M90 was originally numbered as the M85 motorway.
The A24 is a major road in England that runs for 53.2 miles (85.6 km) from Clapham in south-west London to Worthing on the English Channel in West Sussex via the suburbs of south-west London, as well as through the counties of Surrey and West Sussex.
The A19 is a major road in England running approximately parallel to and east of the A1 road. Although the two roads meet at the northern end of the A19, the two roads originally met at the southern end of the A19 in Doncaster, but the old route of the A1 was changed to the A638. From Sunderland northwards, the route was formerly the A108. In the past the route was known as the East of Snaith-York-Thirsk-Stockton-on-Tees-Sunderland Trunk Road. Most traffic joins the A19, heading for Teesside, from the A168 at Dishforth Interchange.
The A92 is a major road that runs through Fife, Dundee, Angus, Aberdeenshire, and Aberdeen City in Scotland. From south to north, it runs from Dunfermline to Blackdog, just north of Aberdeen.
The A52 is a major road in the East Midlands, England. It runs east from a junction with the A53 at Newcastle-under-Lyme near Stoke-on-Trent via Ashbourne, Derby, Stapleford, Nottingham, West Bridgford, Bingham, Grantham, Boston and Skegness to the east Lincolnshire coast at Mablethorpe. It is approximately 147 miles (237 km) long.
Broxden Junction is one of the busier and more important road junctions in Scotland. It is located on the outskirts of Perth, and is one of the city's two major roundabouts – the other being Inveralmond Roundabout, where the A9 meets the A912 Dunkeld Road, 2.3 miles (3.7 km) to the north-northwest. The roundabout, oval in shape, is an important hub of the Scottish road network, a major junction on the A9 north–south route, and the UK's northernmost motorway junction, being junction 12 of the M90 motorway. Prior to Dunfermline's ascension to city status, all of the seven cities in Scotland were signposted from its exits.
South Dakota Highway 44 (SD 44) is a state highway in southern South Dakota that runs from U.S. Route 385 (US 385) west of Rapid City to Interstate 29 (I-29) south of Sioux Falls. It is just more than 379 miles (610 km) long.

The A977 is an A road in Scotland, connecting the Kincardine Bridge in Fife to the M90 motorway at Kinross.
Perth Lade is an historic 4.5 mi (7.2 km)-long watercourse in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Created in the 11th century or earlier, it has been used to power several watermills, such as those that functioned at Perth's Lower City Mills, which have existed since the 18th century. Over its course, at least nineteen industrial sites existed; today, the remains of nine of these can be seen, the rest lost to inner-city development and housing schemes of the 20th and 21st centuries. A footpath follows the majority of the lade's course.
The A989 is a road in Perth, Scotland. Also known as the Perth Inner Ring Road, due to its circumnavigation of the city centre, it is 1.93 miles (3.11 km) long. Perth's city centre is around 0.5 miles (0.80 km) long and wide. The road was constructed around 1985.
Inveralmond Roundabout is a major traffic roundabout in Perth, Scotland. Located approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) north-northwest of the city centre, it is the meeting point of the A912 Dunkeld Road and the more prominent A9 road, which changes between being east–west running to north–south, picking up its historic route after skirting the city via a bypass. It is one of Perth's two major roundabouts, the other being at Broxden Junction, where the A9 merges with the M90, 2.3 miles (3.7 km) to the south-southwest.
