Arend Kisteman (born 13 May 1984) is a Dutch politician from the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy who was elected to the Dutch Parliament in the 2023 Dutch general election. [1]
He serves as the VVD's spokesperson for small and medium-sized enterprises, telecommunications, labor conditions, and unemployment benefits. [2]

The People's Party for Freedom and Democracy is a conservative-liberal political party in the Netherlands. The VVD, whose forerunner was the Freedom Party, is a party of the centre-right, which promotes private enterprise and economic liberalism.
Markus Gerardus Jozef "Mark" Harbers is a Dutch politician who has served as Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management in the Fourth Rutte cabinet since 10 January 2022.
