The national federations of the UCI form confederations by continent. In Asia, this body is the Asian Cycling Confederation, also shortened to ACC.

Member Federations

As of September 2022, the ACC consists of 45 member federations, following Bhutan's admission to the UCI. [1] The ACC is henceforth represented in all member countries of the Olympic Council of Asia.

The Oceania Cycling Confederation (OCC) is recognised by the Union Cycliste International (UCI) as the regional governing body for the sport of cycling in the continent of Oceania. The OCC is one of five continental confederations recognised by the UCI, encompassing the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania and Pan-America. The OCC is headquartered in Melbourne.

Fédération Libanaise de Cyclisme is the national governing body of cycle racing in Lebanon.

The Qatar Cycling Federation is the national governing body of cycle racing in Qatar. It was officially founded in 2002. Mohammed Jaham Al-Kuwari was its president as of April 2017.

The Timor Leste Cycling, formerly East Timor Cycling Federation, is the national governing body of cycle racing in Timor Leste.

The Japan Cycling Federation, abbreviated to JCF is the national governing body of cycle racing in Japan. It was established in 1995 to cover both amateur and professional cycle racing.

Parminder Singh Dhindsa is an Indian politician and belongs to the Shiromani Akali Dal (Sanyukt) Political Party. He was a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal until late 2019. He is currently MLA from Lehra and was leader of Shiromani Akali Dal Legislature group in Punjab Legislative Assembly until he quit. He was Minister for Finance & Planning (2012-2017) and Minister for Public Works (B&R) (2007-2012) in the previous Punjab Government. He is son of Rajya Sabha member Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa. He was first elected as MLA of Sunam in September 2000 by defeating Parmeshwari Devi of Congress during the by-election. He was re-elected as an MLA for the fifth consecutive term in 2017 with his tenure since 2000 to 2012 from Sunam and from 2017 onwards from Lehra Constituency. He is triumphant in his entire career since 2000.
