Chuncheon is the capital of Gangwon Province in South Korea. The city lies in the north of the county, located in a basin formed by the Soyang River and Han River. There are some large lakes around the city, most notably Soyang Lake and Uiam Lake. The area has small river islands, such as Sangjungdo, Ha-Jungdo, Bungeodo, and Wido.
Namyangju is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. To the east is Gapyeong County, to the west is Guri City, and to the north is Pocheon City. Namyangju-si was originally a southern part of Yangju-gun, but was separated into Namyangju-gun in April 1980. In 1995, Migeum-si and Namyangju-gun were merged to form an urban and rural complex. The city hall is located in Geumgok-dong and Dasan-dong, and the administrative districts are 6-eup, 3-myeon, and 7-dong.
Seoul Subway Line 2, also known as the Circle Line, is a circular line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. The line running clockwise is called the "inner circle line" and the counter-clockwise line is called the "outer circle line". This is Seoul's most heavily used line, and consists of the main loop, the Seongsu Branch and the Sinjeong Branch for a total line length of 60.2 km (37.4 mi). The Line 2 loop is the third longest subway loop in the world after Moscow Metro Bolshaya Koltsevaya line and Beijing Subway Line 10. In 2019, Line 2 had an annual ridership of 812 million passengers or 2.2 million passengers per day.
Seoul Subway Line 8 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway was built from 1990 to 1999 and mainly serves the southeastern parts of Seoul and Seongnam. The first section from Jamsil to Moran opened in 1996, and the second section from Moran to Amsa was opened in July 1999. The line color is rose. In 2019, Line 8 had an annual ridership of 112 million or about 307,000 people per day. At 17.7 km (11.0 mi) in length, Line 8 is the shortest of all heavy rail Seoul Metropolitan Subway lines.
Incheon Subway Line 1 is a 29.4-kilometer (18.3 mi) north-south subway line, part of the Incheon Subway system. The line is also included as a part of the overall Seoul Metropolitan Subway network; Bupyeong Station has a free transfer with Seoul Subway Line 1, Gyeyang Station connects with the AREX Line which leads to Incheon International Airport and Seoul Station, Bupyeong-gu Office Station has a free transfer with Seoul Subway Line 7, and Woninjae Station has a free transfer with the Suin-Bundang Line.
The Shinbundang Line Korean: 신분당선; Hanja: 新盆唐線; literally, New Bundang Line) or DX Line for Dynamic Express Line is a 33.4 km (20.8 mi) long line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. It is the world's fifth subway to run completely driverless and the second completely driverless metro line to open in South Korea, after Busan Subway Line 4. It connects Sinsa station and Gwanggyo station in 42 minutes, a feat achieved by being the first line to operate South Korea's next-generation subway car travelling at over 90 km/h (56 mph), with the fastest average speed of any subway line in the country.
Yongin EverLine is a fully automated driverless 18.1-kilometer (11.2 mi) people mover line in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, Seoul Capital Area connecting Everland, South Korea's most popular theme park, to the Suin-Bundang Line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway, a system which it is arguably a part of. The system is identical to the AirTrain JFK people mover and airport rail link in New York City, using single-car Bombardier Advanced Rapid Transit vehicles controlled by Bombardier CITYFLO 650 automatic train control technology.
Migeum Station is a subway station located in Geumgok-dong. It is between Jeongja Station and Ori Station on the Suin–Bundang Line. It became a transfer station to the Shinbundang Line in April 2018.
Hanyang University at Ansan station (Korean: 한대앞역) is a station on Seoul Subway Line 4 & the Suin–Bundang Line in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It is named after the city's ERICA campus of Hanyang University. Unlike the name of the station, Hanyang University is not right in front of the station. Hanyang University shuttle buses stop in front of the station. Buses usually take students from the station to the university every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends. It takes about 10 minutes from the station to the ERICA campus.

Byeollae station is a railway station of the Gyeongchun Line that opened in December 2012. It is located at Byeollae-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The Seoul Subway Line 8 is being extended to this station with an opening date in 2023.
Amsa station is a subway station on Line 8 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. The station is located in the Amsa and Cheonho neighborhoods in Gangdong District, Seoul. The station is the Northern terminus of the line and is approximately 31 minutes by train from Moran station, the Southern terminus. There is a planned extension to be completed by 2023 to Byeollae on the Gyeongchun Line or even further to ByeollaeByeolgaram on Line 4.
The Ui LRT, referred to as the Ui-Sinseol LRT or Ui-Sinseol Line (우이신설선) in Korean, is a light metro which is part of Seoul Metropolitan Subway. It is a fully underground 11.4 km (7.1 mi) Light Rapid Transit line from Ui-dong to Sinseol-dong in northern Seoul which opened on September 2, 2017. The line, which is expected to carry 110,000 passengers a day, has 13 stations. It connects to Line 4 at Sungshin Women's University, Line 6 at Bomun and Lines 1 & 2 at Sinseol-dong. The last (northernmost) station is in Ui-dong, hence the name of the line. In 2019, the line carried 27 million passengers or about 75,000 people per day.
The Super Rapid Train, often known as SRT, is a high-speed rail service operated by SR Corporation. The service starts at Suseo station in southeast Seoul and terminates at either Busan station or Mokpo station.
Bundang (Korean: 분당) is a planned community in the Bundang-gu district of Seongnam, South Korea. It was developed to encourage affordable housing and urban decentralization. The community has a sports complex, a park and a youth center.

Jipyeong Station (Korean: 지평역) is a station on the Gyeongui–Jungang Line in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It is the eastern terminus of the commuter railway, running from Seoul to Yangpyeong County. Mugunghwa-ho trains also stop at this station. It was originally built in 1940 and serves the Gyeongui–Jungang Line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway since 2017.

The line was built to ensure southeast Seoul and southern Gyeonggi-do have high-speed rail connections.
