Ted Anderson is the owner of Genesis Communications Network. [1] Anderson created the network in 1998 as a way to promote his company, Midas Resources, a precious metals firm. [2] As of September 11, 2015, Anderson's bullion coin representative registration, No. 40389579, was revoked. Further, Anderson was prohibited from being an owner, officer, member, or shareholder of any entity that holds a bullion coin dealer registration in the State of Minnesota for two years. [3] [4]
Based in Minnesota, the network carries "a lot of conspiracy talk radio". [4] "By far the biggest star" on the network is Alex Jones, a conspiracy theorist who became one of Genesis Communications Network's first personalities in 1999, after Jones was fired by an Austin radio station. [4] [2] Jones promoted the 9/11 Truth movement and claimed that the Boston Marathon bombing, Washington Navy Yard shooting, and other events "are actually 'false flag' operations" by the U.S. government "or evil 'globalist' forces planning to take over the world." [4] [1] Jones' syndication with the network allowed him to reach a much larger audience; "[a]lmost overnight, he was on a hundred stations." [4]
On April 19, 2024, Genesis announced that it would be shutting down on May 5. Existing programming will be migrated to other networks. [5]
Alexander Emerick Jones is an American far-right, alt-right radio show host and prominent conspiracy theorist. He hosts The Alex Jones Show from Austin, Texas, which the Genesis Communications Network broadcasts across the United States via syndicated and internet radio. Jones's website, InfoWars, promotes conspiracy theories and fake news, as do his other websites, NewsWars and PrisonPlanet. Jones has provided a platform and support for white nationalists, giving Unite the Right rally attendee and white supremacist Nick Fuentes a platform on his website, Banned.Video, as well as giving an "entry point" to their ideology. In 2023, leaked texts from Jones's phone revealed that he created the website National File.

It is the largest syndication company in the United States. Founded independently in 1987, it is headed by Julie Talbott, who serves as president.

The station also airs programs hosted by nationally-syndicated personalities Doug Stephan, Armstrong & Getty and Dana Loesch, as well as local coverage of the Lake County Captains. In addition to a standard analog transmission, WINT is relayed over low-power Willoughby FM translator W268CO (101.5 FM), and is available online.

i.e. America Radio Network was a Detroit-based radio network consisting primarily of liberal talk and lifestyle shows. They were owned by the United Auto Workers (UAW) and broadcast nationally from 1996 to 2004, via radio stations and a webcast.
InfoWars is an American far-right conspiracy theory and fake news website owned by Alex Jones. It was founded in 1999, and operates under Free Speech Systems LLC.

KPNW is an AM radio station broadcasting a news/talk format. Licensed to Eugene, Oregon, United States, the station serves the Eugene-Springfield area, and calls itself "Newsradio 1120 and 93.7". The station is owned by Bicoastal Media and features a local morning show on weekdays followed by nationally syndicated programs from Compass Media Networks, Genesis Communications Network, Premiere Networks, Radio America, and Westwood One. KPNW carries Fox News at the beginning of each hour. The station, along with Portland's KOPB-FM, is Oregon's primary entry point for the Emergency Alert System.

The station is currently owned by Genesis Communications and it airs a conservative talk radio format, branded as "News Talk 1040". Much of the programming comes from Westwood One and Fox News Radio.

The station is currently owned by Hometown Broadcastng of Danville Inc. as part of a triopoly with Harrodsburg–licensed country music station WHBN and Lancaster–licensed hot adult contemporary station WRNZ. WHIR's transmitter and studio facilities for all three stations are located on Shakertown Road (KY 33) north of Danville. WHIR features The Joe Mathis Show which can be heard Monday through Friday from 6-9 am. Sean Hannity, Dave Ramsey, and other nationwide syndicated shows are also carried, along with area and local sporting events.

The Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting occurred on December 14, 2012, in Newtown, Connecticut. The perpetrator, Adam Lanza, fatally shot his mother before murdering 20 students and six staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and later committed suicide. A number of fringe figures have promoted conspiracy theories that doubt or dispute what occurred at Sandy Hook. Various conspiracy theorists have claimed, for example, that the massacre was actually orchestrated by the U.S. government as part of an elaborate plot to promote stricter gun control laws.
A crisis actor is a trained actor, role player, volunteer, or other person engaged to portray a disaster victim during emergency drills to train first responders such as police, firefighters or EMS personnel. Crisis actors are used to create high-fidelity simulations of disasters in order to allow first responders to practice their skills and help emergency services to prepare and train in realistic scenarios as part of full-scale disaster exercises. The term has also been used by conspiracy theorists who claim that some mass shootings and other terror events are staged for the advancement of various political objectives.
Leonard Pozner is the father of a Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victim, Noah Pozner. He is the founder of the HONR Network, which supports the victims of mass casualty violence as well as the targets of online hate speech and harassment.
