Glacier County Courthouse, a PWA Moderne-style courthouse at Cut Bank in Glacier County, Montana, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013. [1]

It was built in 1938-1939 during an economic boom in Glacier County, while the Great Depression was going on in the rest of the nation, as the "Santa Rita Strip" provided oil boom jobs and optimism. [2]

Washington County Courthouse, built in 1870 in Stillwater, Minnesota, United States, is one of the oldest standing courthouses in the state. It served as the center of Washington County government for more than a century, from the building's completion in 1870 until 1975. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971 for having state-level significance in the themes of architecture and government/politics. It was nominated as Minnesota's oldest functioning courthouse and one of its few surviving examples of monumental public architecture from the mid-19th century.

The Dallas County Courthouse, built in 1892 of red sandstone with rusticated marble accents, is a historic governmental building located at 100 South Houston Street in Dallas, Texas. Also known as the Old Red Courthouse, it became the Old Red Museum, a local history museum, in 2007. It was designed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style of architecture by architect Max A. The Loving County Courthouse is a historic courthouse in Mentone, Texas. The courthouse, the first permanent one in the county, was built in 1935, replacing a temporary courthouse built in 1931. Loving County was organized in 1931 following an oil boom in the area; it reached a peak population of 600 shortly thereafter in 1933, though its population has since fallen to 82. Architect Evan J. Wood designed the building in the Moderne style; he was paid $2684.60 for his efforts. The two-story courthouse is the tallest building in Loving County and the only symbol of county government in the county.

The Hartford City Courthouse Square Historic District is located in Hartford City, Indiana. Hartford City has a population of about 7,000 and is the county seat of Blackford County and the site of the county courthouse. The National Park Service of the United States Department of the Interior added the Hartford City Courthouse Square Historic District to the National Register of Historic Places on June 21, 2006 — meaning the buildings and objects that contribute to the continuity of the district are worthy of preservation because of their historical and architectural significance. The District has over 60 resources, including over 40 contributing buildings, over 10 non-contributing buildings, 1 contributing object, 8 non-contributing objects, and two other buildings that are listed separately in the National Register.

The Cascade County Courthouse in Great Falls, Montana is a historic courthouse built in 1901–1903, located in the town's civic district. Founded in 1887, Cascade County conducted its business from several office buildings in town until the courthouse was built. The full city block site was purchased in 1891 at a cost of $20,000, but there was not enough tax revenue for the county to build a courthouse until a decade later. The grey sandstone used in construction was quarried within six miles of the building. A stone dome had been planned, but a copper dome was built instead. It is crowned by a 14-foot statue of Justice. The dome was used during World War II as a lookout for Japanese aircraft.

The Noble County Courthouse is a three-story building, built in 1915, located at the center of the Perry Courthouse Square Historic District. The size of the plot on which it stands is 1 acre (4,000 m2). The architect was J.W. Hawk. There have been minimal alterations either inside or outside the building, and it still serves its original purpose as the center of county government and repository of all county records.

The Harris County Courthouse of 1910 is one of the courthouse buildings operated by the Harris County, Texas government, in Downtown Houston. It is in the Classical Revival architectural style and has six stories. Two courtrooms inside are two stories each. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on May 13, 1981.
