Hands is the third studio album by recording artist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal released in March 1998. This was his first release under the Bumblefoot name, and his first release under his own production company Hermit, Inc.

Forgotten Anthology is the sixth album by recording artist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal released in April 2003. It is a compilation CD consisting of previously unreleased tracks recorded between 1995 - 2002. The CD also includes songs originally intended to be included on Thal's 2002 studio album release Uncool as well as alternate versions of songs from the 2000 French only release. Thal mentioned "Heart Attack" as being one of his favorite songs he's ever written. The song "Bagged a Big 1" was written after Thal was arrested for the second time at age 26. The song "Day To Remember" is used as the theme song for That Metal Show.

<i>Uncool</i> (album) 2002 studio album by Bumblefoot

Uncool is the fifth studio album by recording artist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal released in February 2002. This is his third release under the Bumblefoot name. Uncool was originally released in 2000 only in France. The 2002 release contains two cover songs not included on the French version - "What's New Pussycat?" by Burt Bacharach and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" sung by Frankie Valli. Songs excluded from the American release but on the French release were eventually included on Thal's Forgotten Anthology CD released in 2003.

The Adventures of Bumblefoot is the debut solo studio album by recording artist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal released in May 1995. All song titles were derived from the names of various animal diseases. Everything was recorded in Thal’s parent’s basement with some songs already previously recorded. "Blue Tongue" was written in 1989 and "Malignant Carbuncle" in 1991. The title track, "Bumblefoot", was recorded in May 1993. Thal started writing and recording the rest of what would become the final album in the summer of 1994 and was finished in October 1994. There are two bonus tracks on the album - one is a vocal track recorded by Thal when he was 17 about the polluted fish in the surrounding waters of Staten Island NY and the other is a poem where Thal took spoken words and converted them into music code then played on the guitar.

9.11 is the fourth studio album by American recording artist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal, released in November 2001. This is his second release under the Bumblefoot name. The CD title was originally to be called "Guitars Suck", but after the September 11 attacks, Thal decided to make it a non-profit fundraising CD and changed the name to 9.11. All proceeds go to the disaster relief humanitarian organization The American Red Cross.

Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal American musician

Ronald Jay Blumenthal, better known by his stage name Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal or just simply as Bumblefoot, is an American guitarist, songwriter, and producer. He adopted his nickname from the bacterial infection of the same name, which he learned about while helping his wife study for her veterinary exams. The name went from being just the name of an album, to the name of a record label, to a band name, to eventually his name as a solo artist. He was one of two lead guitarists in Guns N' Roses from 2006 until 2014 and performed on their sixth studio album Chinese Democracy. He is currently the guitarist for the supergroup Sons of Apollo and also guitarist and vocalist for the band Asia, having joined in 2019.

Psychotic Symphony is the debut studio album by American supergroup Sons of Apollo. It was released on October 20, 2017. The album was produced by drummer Mike Portnoy and keyboardist Derek Sherinian under the name "The Del Fuvio Brothers" a nickname they adopted during their time together in Dream Theater. All band members were involved in the creation of the songs. Portnoy and Sherinian were the main songwriters. The album was released as CD, digital download, vinyl and a special edition containing a bonus disc with instrumental versions of the songs and an alternate mix of "Opus Maximus." The band began touring to promote the album in early 2018.

All tracks were recorded at Tarquin's Jungle Room Studios in Merritt Island, Florida and first predominantly vocal album recorded by Brian. Tarquin composed and produced the songs especially for military veterans along with singer Phil Naro from Billy Sheehan’s band Talas. It features guest appearances by singer Jeff Scott Soto, Steve Morse, Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal, Trey Gunn, Jeff Watson, Joel Hoekstra (Whitesnake), Gary Hoey, Tony Franklin and Tina Guo. Partial proceeds from the sales go to the Fisher House Foundation, who supplies housing to veterans' families while they are hospitalized.
