Jon Button (born February 10, 1971) is an American bass player born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and based in Los Angeles, California. Button has played on commercial, film and television scores and toured with a number of well-known artists. He plays both electric and upright string bass.
Jon Button was born into a musical family in Fairbanks, Alaska. The youngest of five siblings, Button started learning piano at age four, and bass at seven. During his teen years, he played in jazz and blues bands and with local symphonies and orchestras. In high school, Button won music scholarships and later attended the University of North Texas' music program. [1]
Button moved to Los Angeles in 1994 and found work playing on film and television scores, including the Emmy Award winning Batman Beyond . [2] He has played on a number of recordings, including Borrowed Heaven by the Corrs [3] and Tour Fijación Oral by Shakira. [4] He has performed live and toured with such well-known artists as Michelle Branch, Rachael Yamagata, Mandy Moore, Shakira, Sheryl Crow, Roger Daltrey and The Who. Button also played at the musical benefit Live 8 [1] and played upright bass with The Who during an acoustic concert associated with The Who's Super Bowl performance. [5]
In 2009, Button toured as bassist in Roger Daltrey's band for the Use It or Lose It tour. [6] The band also opened for Eric Clapton during several dates in 2010, [7] and scheduled more tour dates for 2012. He is currently playing on tour with The Who to replace Pino Palladino.
Button has been married to actress Terryn Westbrook since 2011. They have one child.

Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 is the sixth studio album by Colombian singer and songwriter Shakira. It was released on 3 June 2005 by Epic Records. After attaining international success in 2001 with her fifth studio album and first English record, Laundry Service, Shakira wanted to release a fifth Spanish-language project as its followup. In the vein of her earlier work, Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 is a Latin pop album. He is the younger brother of the Who's guitarist Pete Townshend, and is most associated with The Who and the various side projects of its original members. Simon Townshend has also performed with numerous other acts including Pearl Jam, Dave Grohl and Jeff Beck.

A Latin pop ballad, it explores a woman's effort in trying to tell her boyfriend that she no longer wants to be involved in a toxic relationship and that separating is best for both.
"Las de la Intuición" is a song by Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira from her sixth studio album Fijación Oral Vol. 1 (2005). It was written and produced by the singer as well as co-composed by Luis Fernando Ochoa with additional production by Lester Mendez. It was sent to Spanish radio stations on 24 February 2007 as the fourth and final single from the album. "Las de la Intuición" is a synth-pop and Euro house track whose lyrics talk about female intuition. It received mostly positive reviews from music critics, who commended its lyrical content and production. The track was a commercial success in Spain, topping the Airplay chart and entering the top ten on the Downloads and Original Tones charts, all published by the Productores de Música de España (PROMUSICAE). It received a five-times Platinum certification by the organization for 100,000 ringtones sold and became the song of the summer of the country in 2007. Elsewhere, it entered the charts in Russia and Venezuela.
Oral Fixation Tour was the fourth concert tour by Colombian singer and songwriter, Shakira. It was launched in support of her sixth and seventh studio albums Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 (2005). and Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 (2005). It began on 14 June 2006 at the Feria De Muestras in Zaragoza, Spain. With assistance from the Creative Artists Agency, she visited twenty-seven cities and performed forty-one shows across five continents. The tour was additionally sponsored by Spanish automobile manufacturer SEAT, with whom Shakira also collaborated to support her Pies Descalzos Foundation. The tour concluded on 23 December 2007 in Tbilisi, Georgia.

One of the Boys is the third studio solo album by the Who's lead vocalist, Roger Daltrey. It was released in 1977, on Polydor in the UK, and MCA in the US. The sessions were recorded at the Who's Ramport Studios during the winter of 1976, and Daltrey allowed students from the local Battersea technical school to film them as an educational project. This also marked the first time that Daltrey had written or co-written a song since "Here for More" in 1970, and Lisztomania in 1975. Daltrey's original choice for producers were Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, but they declined.

In addition, Loren has been the touring keyboardist and backup vocalist for Roger Daltrey since 2009. Loren also performs with Rita Wilson, and has toured regularly with Don Felder since 2009. Other artists he has toured with include Kenny Loggins, Natalie Maines, and American Idol winner Taylor Hicks. Gold has been musical director for pop stars Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and Hilary Duff, and he continues to build and develop bands for other artists. Gold has published two instructional books through his collaboration with Alfred Music, and his original compositions have been featured on HBO and Showtime.
Scott Devours is an American drummer and songwriter based in New York City. Devours has played drums for the post-grunge bands Oleander, IMA Robot and Long Beach bands like Speaker and Shave, worked on over thirty albums and toured with a number of well-known artists, including The Who.
No Plan B, also known as the Roger Daltrey Band, is an English rock band assembled by The Who singer Roger Daltrey to support performances and tours outside The Who. Daltrey's band includes Simon Townshend on guitar and vocals, Frank Simes on lead guitar, Jon Button on bass, Loren Gold on keyboards and Scott Devours on drums. Frank Simes is also musical director for the band. In a 2010 appearance on The Alan Titchmarsh Show, Daltrey called the band No Plan B.
The British Rock Symphony was a tour that featured classic rock hits presented by a gospel choir, a full orchestra and vocalists including: Roger Daltrey, Darlene Love, Nikki Lamborn, Alice Cooper, Paul Young, Simon Townshend and Gary Brooker. Geoff Whitehorn played guitar and Zak Starkey performed on drums with Jaz Lochrie on Bass guitar. Studio recordings were issued on CD and cassette tape in 1999, and a video of live recordings from the tour in both VHS and DVD formats was issued in 2000. Eric Clapton and Ann Wilson appeared on the CD, but were not present on the tour DVD.
The Who's Tommy Orchestral is a live album by English rock singer Roger Daltrey, performing The Who's 1969 album Tommy alongside members of The Who touring band and a symphony orchestra conducted by Keith Levenson. It was recorded in July 2018 in Bethel, New York, at the site of the original Woodstock festival, during a US tour of the concert. Later, in February 2019, Levenson directed and recorded the Budapest Scoring Orchestra in Budapest with new arrangements from David Campbell, to add a new orchestral backing to the album.
