Kota Deltamas (Delta Mas City) is an integrated industrial, commercial and residential township at Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. The township located between Jakarta and Bandung city, which has land area of about 3000 hectares. It is being developed by Indonesian conglomerate Sinar Mas Land and Japanese Sojitz. [1] [2]

Industrial park

The industrial estate of the township is known as Greenland International Industrial Center(GIIC), which has land area of 1500 hectares. [5] Several global investors, such as Mitsubishi and Suzuki, have established their manufacturing facilities there.

Sinar Mas Land is an Indonesian real estate development company, which is a subsidiary of Sinar Mas Group. It combines two big developers, Bumi Serpong Damai and Duta Pertiwi. It formed in 1988 under the flag of Duta Pertiwi. Kota Jababeka is an integrated industry-based township development at Cikarang, Indonesia, which is within Greater Jakarta. It is located 35 km east of Jakarta city center with a land area of about 5,600 hectares. The township has separate zones for industrial, residential and commercial purpose. The township has a public transportation network, shopping, leisure and entertainment establishments, as well as a dry port, power plants, water treatment plants, waste water treatment plants and other civic amenities. Meikarta is a planned city project in Indonesia, which is aimed to become a modern city of international scale. The township is being developed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia is a joint venture of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation for its passenger cars and light commercial vehicle (LCV) production in Indonesia. A separate company, called PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia handled the marketing and sales of Mitsubishi passenger cars and LCV in Indonesia. CitraLand Cibubur is a township development at Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java within Jakarta metropolitan area in Indonesia.
