LeeTran is the transit bus service operated by the Lee County Transit Department, providing service to Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and much of the unincorporated area of Lee County, Florida. [3] Buses operate Monday through Saturday between 5:00 a.m. and 9:45 p.m., depending on the route; and at various times on Sunday. [4] Trolleys operate Monday through Sunday between 6:30 a.m. and 9:25 p.m.. [4] In 2022, the system had a ridership of 2,032,900, or about 6,100 per weekday as of the second quarter of 2023.

Suffolk County Transit is the provider of bus services in Suffolk County, New York on Long Island and is an agency of the Suffolk County government. It was founded in 1980 as a county-run oversight and funding agency for a group of private contract operators which had previously provided such services on their own. CamTran, originally called the Cambria County Transit Authority operates mass transit bus service within Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Cambria County, and Windber, Pennsylvania, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. CamTran also operates the Johnstown Inclined Plane, which they took over in 1983 from Westmont, Pennsylvania borough. The transit system began operation in 1976, from the remnants of the Johnstown Traction Company. While the Cambria County Transit Authority (CCTA) began operation on July 20, 1976, service did not begin until December 1, 1976. In June 1999, CCTA became CamTran. Mountain Line Transit Authority is the main provider of public transportation located in Morgantown, West Virginia and the surrounding area. It is also the provider of bus service on the campus of West Virginia University. Inter-city bus service to Fairmont, Clarksburg, Waynesburg, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, and the Pittsburgh International Airport is achieved with the Grey Line. Mountain Metropolitan Transit is the public transportation operator for the metro area of Colorado Springs, Colorado, providing service to downtown Colorado Springs and surrounding areas within city limits and to the city of Manitou Springs, Widefield and Security. Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) is the operator of public transportation in Knoxville, Tennessee. Twenty-five routes operate. Service on KAT routes operate weekdays and Saturdays with routes 11, 12, 20, 22, 23, 31, 33, 34 and 41 and 42 offering Sunday service. All routes, except for routes 13,16, 19, 44 and 90 start at the Knoxville Station in Downtown. Battle Creek Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in Calhoun County, Michigan, United States. Eight Routes provide service from Monday through Saturday. In 2007, all buses were equipped with bike racks. Nearly 500 designated stops are available within the system. Current service times area 5:15 am – 6:45 pm Monday-Friday, 9:15 am – 5:15 pm Saturday. No service on Sunday or major holidays. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 248,700, or about 1,400 per weekday as of the second quarter of 2023.

Blue Water Area Transit (BWAT) is the public transit operator serving Port Huron, Michigan and surrounding St. Clair County. Operated by the Blue Water Area Transportation Commission (BWATC), the BWAT system includes fixed-route buses in the Port Huron area, plus commuter routes and paratransit services. In 2022, the system had a ridership of 865,300, or about 4,100 per weekday.

Access Johnson County is the primary provider of mass transportation in Johnson County, Indiana with six routes serving Franklin and Greenwood. As of 2019, the system provided 111,612 rides over 58,861 annual vehicle revenue hours with 8 buses and 18 paratransit vehicles.

Wind River Transportation Authority, or WRTA, is the primary provider of mass transportation in Fremont County, Wyoming with two routes serving the region. As of 2019, the system provided 60,026 rides over 15,974 annual vehicle revenue hours with eight buses and six paratransit vehicles.
