Lippo Cikarang is an independent township, which is being developed by PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, a subsidiary of Lippo Group. The township is located at the eastern corridor of Jakarta at Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia. The township has land area of about 3000 hectares. The township has more than 14,000 houses and 993 manufacturing companies in its industrial areas. [2]

Economy

Lippo Cikarang's economy is driven by a mix of industrial companies, and "new economy" Internet and technology companies, service, design and others.

Lippo Cikarang and the nearby industrial parks are home to thousands of Japanese company offices and factories. There are about 17,000 expatriates now reside in the township. About 60 percent of those expatriates are Japanese. [3] A five-star hotel named Sahid Jaya International Hotel, Siloam Gleneagles Hospital, Lippo Mall and Pacific Tower office building are the main sites in the city.

Cikarang is connected by Greater Jakarta Commuter line. [7] [8] Jakarta LRT service from Cawang to East Bekasi and Automated People Mover monorail that will connect seven industrial parks in Cikarang. [9] The township will be connected with Jakarta-Bandung Bullet Train.

Bus services from different bus terminals of Jakarta are available to reach the township. Taxi cabs are also available. Shuttle bus and mini buses are the main mode of public transport within the township.

Kota Jababeka is an integrated industry-based township development at Cikarang, Indonesia, which is within Greater Jakarta. It is located 35 km east of Jakarta city center with a land area of about 5,600 hectares. The township has separate zones for industrial, residential and commercial purpose. The township has a public transportation network, shopping, leisure and entertainment establishments, as well as a dry port, power plants, water treatment plants, waste water treatment plants and other civic amenities. The township can be reached by Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road and takes about 1 – 1.5 hours journey from Jakarta.

Summarecon Bekasi is a township at Bekasi, Indonesia. The area is located within Greater Jakarta metropolitan area. The development has a land area of about 240 hectares. The township is divided into commercial and a residential zone.

Meikarta is a planned city project in Indonesia, which is aimed to become a modern city of international scale. The township is being developed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. The township has land area of about 500 hectares. The project was officially launched on 17 August 2017. The project is located on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. Meikarta expects to serve as the residential area of other industrial estates in Cikarang region such as Kota Jababeka and MM2100. Total investment for development of the township is about Rp 278 trillion.

PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk or Siloam Hospitals is a chain of healthcare facilities in Indonesia founded in 2008 by PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. It is a publicly listed company which is part of Lippo Group.
