List of Spain women Twenty20 International cricketers

This is a list of Spain Women Twenty20 International cricketers. A Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) is an international cricket match between two representative teams. A T20I is played under the rules of Twenty20 cricket. In April 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted full international status to Twenty20 women's matches played between member sides from 1 July 2018 onwards. [1]

Spain Women (see below Players) played their first WT20I on 5 May 2022 against Austria during the 2022 France Women's T20I Quadrangular Series. Jersey won the series, with France and Austria beating Spain to second and third place respectively. [2]

The following players were called up to represent Spain in the European Cricket Series WT10 international matches versus Austria and Malta on 25 and 26 March 2023: [3]

Spain Women's top WT10 batter for 2023 was Molly Sellars with 232 runs at a strike rate of 128 (including 31 fours and 4 sixes). [4]

Andrea-Mae Zepeda is an Austrian cricketer and medical doctor. She plays for her national cricket team as an all-rounder. In 2019, she captained the team in its first ever Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I). In 2021, she became the first player to score a century for Austria in a WT20I. In January 2022, Zepeda was named as the ICC Women's Associate Cricketer of the Year by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

The 2022 France Women's T20I Quadrangular Series was a women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) cricket tournament that was held in Dreux, France, from 5 to 8 May 2022. The participants were the women's national sides of France, Austria, Jersey and Spain. Spain played their first official WT20I matches during the tournament. Jersey won the series, after they went unbeaten in all four of their matches. France finished in second place, edging out Austria on net run rate, with Spain finishing fourth.

Elspeth Marinha C Fowler is an English-born Spanish cricketer who plays for the Spanish women's national cricket team as a right handed batter. In May 2022, she captained the team in her and the team's debut Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I), against Austria.

The 2022–23 Associate international cricket season was from approximately September 2022 to April 2023. All official twenty over matches between Associate members of the ICC were eligible to have full Twenty20 International (T20I) or Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) status, as the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted T20I status to matches between all of its members from 1 July 2018 and 1 January 2019. The season included all T20I/WT20I cricket series mostly involving ICC Associate members, that were played in addition to series covered in International cricket in 2022–23. The 2023 ACC Men's Challenger Cup and the 2023 ACC Men's Premier Cup, which formed the qualification pathway for the 2023 Asia Cup, were also played during this period.

The 2022 Spain Women's Pentangular Series was a women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) cricket tournament held in Spain from 11 to 14 November 2022. The participants were the women's national sides of Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden and Isle of Man. The Isle of Man played their first official WT20I matches in the tournament.
