This is a list of fashion education programs at colleges and universities around the world.

There are a number of specialized art schools and design schools worldwide that offer degrees in fashion design and fashion design technology; [4] some colleges also offer Masters of Fashion courses. See Bachelor of Design and Master of Design. Design schools include:

Elsewhere in the world, Shih Chien University and Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and the Asian University chain, Raffles College of Design and Commerce, [5] all offer fashion design courses.

There are many universities that offer fashion design throughout the United States, usually within the context of a general liberal arts degree. The major concentration incorporating fashion design may have alternative names like Apparel and Textiles or Apparel and Textile Design, and may be housed in departments such as Art and Art History, or Family and Consumer Studies. Some schools, such as Parsons, offer a major in Fashion Management, combining fashion education with business courses. [17]

The Indonesia Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta is a state-owned college in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It teaches visual, performing, and media arts in traditional Indonesian and modern international styles. ISI Yogyakarta was ranked number one in Indonesia on the QS World's Top Performing Arts Schools in 2022.

The Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, also known as the Accademia di Brera or Brera Academy, is a state-run tertiary public academy of fine arts in Milan, Italy. It shares its history, and its main building, with the Pinacoteca di Brera, Milan's main public museum for art. In 2010 an agreement was signed to move the accademia to a former military barracks, the Caserma Magenta in via Mascheroni. In 2018 it was announced that Caserma Magenta was no longer a viable option, with the former railway yard in Via Farini now under consideration as a potential venue for the campus extension.

Tzaims Luksus, FRSA is an American artist and fashion designer. Luksus worked as a lecturer and consultant at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

The One Academy of Communication Design is a private arts and design institute. Its main campus is situated in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, with a northern campus in George Town, Penang.

The Lorenzo de' Medici Institute is a private institution of higher education located in Florence, Italy, with smaller campuses in Tuscania and Rome. LdM has been a study abroad provider to students from all over the world since 1973, and began primarily as an Italian language institute. More than 2500 students attend LdM campuses every year. In 2006, LdM became a branch campus of Marist College, located in Poughkeepsie, New York.

A Master of Design is a postgraduate academic master degree in the field of Design awarded by several academic institutions around the world. The degree level has different equivalencies; some MDes are equivalent to Master of Fine Arts and others to a Master of Arts or Master of Science postgraduate degree in alternative disciplines. It often follows a Bachelor of Design degree and requires around two years of study and research in design.

Textile schools in Bangladesh offer various academic and professional degrees in textile fields. A number of colleges and technical institutes as well as some universities offer diploma, bachelor's and master's degree from their allocated faculties upon completion of certification courses. Textile courses offered in these schools include spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, apparels merchandising and fashion designing. As of 2019, textile material is the largest export item of Bangladesh. Bangladesh exported $42.35 billion worth of readymade garments in the 2018–2019 fiscal year.

National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research is also known as NITER. Located in Savar, Dhaka District, it is one of the largest undergraduate textile engineering campus in Bangladesh. It offers the Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in textile engineering, industrial and production engineering, fashion design and apparel engineering, computer science and engineering & electrical and electronic engineering in co-ordination with the University of Dhaka. Furthermore it starts M.Sc. in Textile Engineering course under the Faculty of Engineering & Technology and MBA in Textile & Apparel Value Chain under the faculty of Business Studies of the University of Dhaka.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Shyamoli Textile Engineering College</span> Textile versity in Shyamoli, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Shyamoli Textile Engineering College (STEC) is one of the private textile education schools in Bangladesh which operates under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Dhaka. Admission procedure is regulated by the university and funding is granted by the Department of Textiles, government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. A new undergraduate course of Apparel manufacturing has been introduced under National University recently.
