Shuki Levy is an Israeli-American music composer and television producer. Levy's best known work is soundtrack compositions for children's television programs of the 1980s, such as The Real Ghostbusters, Inspector Gadget, The Mysterious Cities of Gold, M.A.S.K., Dinosaucers, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, She-Ra: Princess of Power, and Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors. In the 1990s, he became known chiefly for his work on the Power Rangers franchise, Digimon: Digital Monsters, Masked Rider, VR Troopers, and Big Bad Beetleborgs. He has also written and directed numerous episodes for some these television shows, and directed a few films, such as Perfect Victims (1988) and Blind Vision (1991). Some of his most notable projects have been Ranma ½ as Genma Saotome, Mahōjin Guru Guru as Kita Kita Oyaji, Detective Conan as Professor Hiroshi Agasa, Atashin'chi as Father, Inuyasha as Myōga, Kirby: Right Back at Ya! as King Dedede, and the Ganbare Goemon series as Ebisumaru, Boxy & Boat Captain in the You're Under Arrest manga, television and film, respectively. The work in which he voiced the most characters was in the Super Robot Wars series. He used to work at Aoni Production and now is working at Umikaze.

The Panday is a fictional Philippine comics character created by writer Carlo J. Caparas and artist Steve Gan. His stories were first serialized in the comic series Ang Panday in Pilipino Komiks during the late 1970s. The character, whose real name is Flavio, became a Philippine pop culture icon since it was adapted to film in 1980 with Fernando Poe Jr. portraying Flavio and Max Alvarado as his archenemy Lizardo. The film spawned three direct sequels, as well as multiple other more loosely connected films and television series including an animated version.

Magic Bus, Inc. is a Japanese animation studio headquartered in Nishi-Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. The company was founded in April 1972 by producer and director Satoshi Dezaki, and the studio's first work was Shin Kyojin no Hoshi in 1977. In 1983, with Dezaki directing, Magic Bus collaborated in the animation production of Captain. Magic Bus has since become largely an animation subcontractor for other animation studios.
