The 2006–07 Super League Greece was the 71st season of the highest football league of Greece and the inaugural under the name Super League. The season began on 19 August 2006 and ended on 13 May 2007. Olympiacos clinched the title on 22 April with their victory over Kerkyra, for their third straight title and 10th in the last 11 years.
The 2006–07 season was Olympiacos's 48th consecutive season in the Super League Greece and their 81st year in existence. The club were played their 10th consecutive season in the UEFA Champions League. Manager Trond Sollied left the club by mutual consent on December 29, 2006 due to the club's lower-than-expected performance of the team in the UEFA Champions League, and was replaced by Greek Takis Lemonis.
In the 2007–08 season Panathinaikos played for 49th consecutive time in Greece's top division, Super League. They also competed in UEFA Cup and Greek Cup. Season started with José Peseiro as team manager. In summer of 2007 many players left the club including Igor Bišćan and Víctor Sánchez who hadn't fulfilled the expectations of Panathinaikos' fans with their performance. On the other end the return of Giorgos Karagounis after four years pulled the spotlight and considered one of the most important signings of the 2007 summer transfer window. Panathinaikos also signed Brazilian midfielder Marcelo Mattos from Corinthians, Dame N'Doye from Academica, Josu Sarriegi from Athletic Bilbao and some other players to help the team win its first championship in four years and celebrate the club's centesimal anniversary in the most appropriate way.
The 2012–13 season is Panionios Gymnastikos Syllogos Smyrnis' 122nd season in existence and its 52nd in the top tier of the modern Greek football league system. This season marks the managerial debut of Dimitrios Eleftheropoulos.
The 2009–10 season was Panionios' 49th season in Super League Greece. On summer Boško Balaban from Dinamo Zagreb, Sito Riera from Espanyol and other players transferred to Panionios. The team finished in the 9th place in Super League Greece.

They will also compete in the Greek Cup. It will be their first season in the top division without a match against bitter rivals AEK Athens, but their first in 13 seasons where they will be pitted against rivals from the Smyrna times Apollon Smyrna F.C. Also, this will be the first season without player and captain Fanouris Goundoulakis, who refused to renew his contract.

The team managed to secure its participation in next year's season with relative ease, while also achieving a record 44 points on the table, finishing in the 7th place. This is the best finish in the club's history in the Super League.

The 2007–08 season was the 94th season in Aris Thessaloniki F.C.'s existence. The club finished 4th in the Super League's regular season and in the same place in play-offs. The club qualified in to the UEFA Cup of the next season.
