The London Transit Commission (LTC) is responsible for the operation of the public transit system on behalf of the City of London, Ontario, Canada. It offers the typical conventional bus service, and a para-transit service, for those unable to use the conventional service. In 2014, annual ridership totaled 24.1 million. The LTC has 27 regular bus routes, six express routes, three school-year-only routes and six community bus routes.

The Norwalk Transit District is the primary provider of public transportation services in Norwalk, Connecticut, United States, and surrounding communities. The local Norwalk fixed-route bus transit system, known as WHEELS, is the primary service of the district linking Norwalk and its immediate suburbs. The agency also operates regional bus services as far north as Danbury and as far east as Bridgeport and commuter shuttles to Metro-North stations. Paratransit door-to-door services are available for residents in the service area unable to use regular transit services. Norwalk Transit contracts with local transportation service providers to perform some of the door-to-door services, and is also the provider of public transit for the Westport Transit District.

In mid 2019 the City of Red Deer announced plans to engage in improvements to the transit network.

Transportation for elderly citizens and people with disabilities is provided by Mobility Bus within Sherwood Park and rural Strathcona County. Strathcona County is home to Alberta's first fleet of double-decker buses. It has purchased 24 double-decker buses over the past ten years using a combination of municipal, provincial, and federal funding. In 2021, the system had a ridership of 621,000.

Lextran is a public transportation bus system serving Lexington, Kentucky. Lextran operates 25 bus routes throughout the city of Lexington. Buses converge at the Downtown Transit Center located at 220 East Vine Street. In 2021, the system had a ridership of 2,671,900, or about 10,500 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2022.
Mountain Metropolitan Transit is the public transportation operator for the metro area of Colorado Springs, Colorado, providing service to downtown Colorado Springs and surrounding areas within city limits and to the city of Manitou Springs, Widefield and Security. It has 27 local routes. In 2021, the system had a ridership of 1,930,000, or about 5,300 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2022.
The Yuba-Sutter Transit Authority, operating as Yuba-Sutter Transit, is the public transportation agency serving the Yuba–Sutter area in Northern California.
Battle Creek Transit is the primary provider of mass transportation in Calhoun County, Michigan, United States. Eight Routes provide service from Monday through Saturday. In 2007, all buses were equipped with bike racks. Nearly 500 designated stops are available within the system. Current service times area 5:15 am – 6:45 pm Monday-Friday, 9:15 am – 5:15 pm Saturday. No service on Sunday or major holidays. In 2021, the system had a ridership of 223,000, or about 1,000 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2022.
The Greenbelt Lines designated as the Greenbelt–New Carrollton Line on Route G12, and Greenbelt Road-Good Luck Road Line on Route G14, are daily bus routes operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority between Greenbelt station of the Green, and Yellow Lines of Washington Metro and New Carrollton station of the Orange Line of the Washington Metro. The lines operate every 30 minutes during peak hours and 60 minutes all other times. Both Route G12 and G14 trips are roughly 55 minutes long. Both routes provide service between New Carrollton and Greenbelt connecting travelers to both communities without having to enter Washington, D.C. by train.
The Massachusetts Avenue Line, designated Route N2, N4, N6, is a daily bus route operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority between Friendship Heights station of the Red Line of the Washington Metro and Farragut Square in Downtown Washington DC. The line operates every 24–30 minutes during the weekdays and 35–45 minutes on weekends. Trips take roughly 45 minutes to complete.
