Moitozo Park is a park in San Jose, California, located in the Rincon district of North San Jose.
Moitozo Park was laid out and dedicated in 2003. [2]
The park is named after the Moitozo family, a long-established Portuguese-American family of San Jose, of Azorean origin, which had owned much of the land in the area since the 1920s. [3] [4]
Moitozo Park is a large alameda (tree-lined park) in North San Jose's Rincon district, located on North 1st Street and Río Robles.
It is located within walking distance of the River Oaks station and Tasman station on the VTA light rail.

Hayward is a city located in Alameda County, California in the East Bay subregion of the San Francisco Bay Area. With a population of 162,954 as of 2020, Hayward is the sixth largest city in the Bay Area and the third largest in Alameda County. Hayward was ranked as the 34th most populous municipality in California. It is included in the San Francisco–Oakland–San Jose Metropolitan Statistical Area by the US Census. Old San Juan is a historic district located at the "northwest triangle" of the islet of San Juan. Historically the mixed use commercial and residential real estate in the main streets like Cristo Street, Fortaleza Street (north) from Tanca Street to the Governor’s Mansion is the most valuable in the area and it has kept its value and increased steadily through several years despite the past economic turmoils.
Balboa Park station is a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station and Muni Metro complex located south of Balboa Park in southern San Francisco, California. It is an intermodal hub served by four BART routes, three Muni Metro lines, and a number of Muni bus routes. The station complex also includes two rail yards, Cameron Beach Yard and Green Light Rail Center, where Muni maintains Muni Metro trains and heritage streetcars. BART uses a below-grade island platform on the west side of the complex; Muni Metro routes use several smaller side platforms located on surface-level rail loops around the yards.

Roseville-Fleetridge is a neighborhood in Point Loma, San Diego, California. It is bounded by San Diego Bay and Rosecrans Street on the east, Cañon Street on the south, Catalina Boulevard on the west and Chatsworth and Nimitz Boulevards on the north. Rancho Rincón del Sanjón was a 2,230-acre (9.0 km2) Mexican land grant in present-day Monterey County, California given in 1840 by Governor Juan B. Alvarado to José Eusebio Boronda. The name means "corner of Sanjo del Alisal". The grant was located on the north side of the Sanjo del Alisal,, between Cooper's Rancho Bolsa del Potrero y Moro Cojo on the west, Castro's Rancho Sausal on the east, and bordering Espinosa's Rancho Bolsa de las Escorpinas on the north. The grant was on the northwest of present-day Salinas, where Boronda, California is located.
