ReachTEL is an Australian market researching company, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of data and analytics company Equifax. Created in 2008 as a small Brisbane based team, customer focused research and development has seen ReachTEL grow their service from voice broadcast to a suite of advanced communication solutions[ buzzword ] such as automated market research, fraud detection and community engagement platforms. [1]

ReachTEL has since joined the likes of Newspoll, Roy Morgan, Galaxy and Ipsos in conducting regular opinion polling for Australian politics, however unlike other pollsters, ReachTEL polling is conducted via robocall.
