Robinsons Cyberscape is an office development located in Ortigas Center within Pasig City, Metro Manila. Owned by Robinson Land Corporation, the development was initially composed of Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha (Tower One) and Robinsons Cyberscape Beta (Tower Two) [1] [2] with a total of 80,000 square meters (861,112.83 square feet) of additional leasable space in the Ortigas CBD upon its turnover in 2016. [3] The development was later expanded with the completion of Robinsons Cybergate Gamma in 2018 [4] [5] and Cyber Omega in 2021. [6]

Design and features

Robinsons Cyberscape was designed by architect Jose Siao Ling and Associates. It features floor plates ranging between 1,400 and 2,000 square meters (15,069.47 and 21,527.82 square feet). [7] The total building height of the Alpha tower is 93 meters above the ground floor level, with basements extending 30 meters below ground floor level. The building is primarily intended for business process outsourcing companies. [8]

Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha

Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha is situated between Sapphire and Garnet Roads in Ortigas Center, Pasig. The building comprises 21 office floors with both high and low zones, along with 7 basements. It offers warm shell office spaces, column-free office areas, high-speed elevators, 100% backup power, a VRV air conditioning system, CCTV surveillance, and 24/7 security and fire protection systems. [9] Constructed in 2013, this 26-story building is conveniently located within close proximity to Robinsons Galleria, and just a few meters away from EDSA and Ortigas Avenue. The tower accommodates office spaces, a hotel and retail units on the ground floor. Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha is currently the home to a branch of Emerson Electric.

Robinsons Cyberscape Beta

Robinsons Cyberscape Beta is located between Topaz and Ruby roads, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The 37-story building with 28 office floors has a typical floor plate of 1,480.66 square meters per floor. [10] It has four basements and seven podium parking floors, VRF System type of aircon system, 100% back-up and emergency power provisions and fire protection and sprinkler system and alarm system provisions. [11] Acquire BPO has signed on as the anchor tenant occupying the top 5 floors (33rd-37th) in addition to their recruitment centre located on the mezzanine level.

Tower 6789, also known as Makati Tower, is a commercial skyscraper in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. With a height of 180 meters and 35 floors, Tower 6789 is also the 11th tallest building in the country's financial district, closely following RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower. It has a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters with a floor template between 1,100 and 1600 sqms. The tower was owned by local developer Alphaland, a joint venture between London-based private equity fund Ashmore Group and RVO Capital Ventures of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, but was already transferred to give Ashmore 100 percent ownership.

EcoTower is a 32-story edifice with 25 office floors located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Classified as a Grade A building, EcoTower's construction began in 2011 and was completed in January 2013. The skyscraper has a total commercial and office space area of 29,000 square meters with a typical floor plate of 1,250 square meters. It was designed by Jose Siao Ling & Associates and built by Monolith Construction. In the first two months of 2013, there is highest demand for office space in EcoTower, particularly from BPO firms as it is the only new building with accreditation from the Philippine Export Zone Authority (PEZA) at the time.

Greenfield District is a transit-oriented mixed-use development next to a Shaw Boulevard station in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the old United Laboratories (Unilab) pharmaceutical plant and adjacent retail market in the barangay Highway Hills adjoining the barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig to the east. <span class="mw-page-title-main">Bridgetowne</span> Real estate development in Manila, Philippines

Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit. It is currently anchored by four office towers in its information technology park dedicated to the business process outsourcing sector, its second in Metro Manila after Robinsons Cybergate in Mandaluyong. The Medical City Ortigas is a tertiary care hospital in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Opened in 2004, it is the main hospital of The Medical City (TMC) which maintains a network of hospitals and clinics which are mostly based in the Philippines.

One Ayala, also known as One Ayala Avenue, is an under construction mixed-use development developed by Ayala Land located at Ayala Center in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. The development is located across Glorietta mall and occupies the former InterContinental Manila and EDSA Carpark sites. One Ayala aims to combine retail, hotel, and office facilities in a single contiguous space.
