Qatar has recently signed defence pacts with the United States in 2002 & 2013, with the United Kingdom in 2020, and with France in 1994.

The BMD-4 is an amphibious infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) originating from post-Cold War Russia. Originally designated as the BMD-3M, the chassis of the BMD-4 is the same as that of the BMD-3 because it was developed on the same basis. M60 tank non US-operators are the non U.S. nations that operate or used the M60 Main Battle Tank. The M60 tank entered service with the U.S. military in 1960 and served until 1991 and as a training aid until 2005. During this time it was the primary tank of the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps.
