SR University (EAMCET Code SRHP) Sri Rajeshwara Educational Society (SR UNIVERSITY) is one of the first private universities near to Hyderabad in Telangana state in 2020. SR Engineering College is now SR University.
SR Engineering College in now SR University was established in 2002 and is sponsored by the SR Educational Society. The institution has been ranked Number 91 in NIRF ranking and 1st rank in self-financed private institutions in India by All India ranking for institutions innovation by MHRD. SR Engineering College has been given the status of private University by the State of Telangana and then named SR University.
The SR Engineering College campus is located in Ananthasagar village of Hanamakonda, near Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is in 170 acaras, with both separate hostel facilities for girls. There is a huge central library along with Indias largest Technology Business Incubator (TBI) SRiX in tier 2 cities.
SR Engineering College is now SR University offers six schools & ten centers. with Bachelors, Masters, Doctoral programs in the following specialization with the approval of Government of India, Government of Telangana.

National Institute of Technology Calicut, formerly Regional Engineering College Calicut, is a public technical university and an institute of national importance governed by the NIT Act passed by the Parliament of India.
