The Sri Lanka national u-20 Football team represents Sri Lanka in International Youth Football tournaments. Sri Lanka U-20 football team has a long history dating back to the 1960s. The Sri Lanka U-20 football team has yet to qualify for the FIFA U-20 World Cup. The team has qualified for the Quarter Finals of the 1967 AFC Youth Championship.

Sri Lanka U-20 football team has a long history back to late 1960s. Sri Lanka U-20 Team was a competitor in the first AFC Youth Championship. Sri Lanka qualified for the Quarter Finals in 1967 AFC Youth Championship.[ citation needed ]

The Sri Lanka national football team represents Sri Lanka in Association football and is administered by Football Sri Lanka, the governing body of football in Sri Lanka. The AFC U-17 Asian Cup, formerly known as the AFC U-16 Championship and AFC U-17 Championship, is a football competition, organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) held once every two years for Asian under-17 teams that also serves as a qualification tournament for the FIFA U-17 World Cup. The top 4 countries qualify to participate in the FIFA U-17 World Cup. Up to 2000, the tournament was for U-16 teams. Between 2002 and 2006 it was held as an under-17 tournament. Between 2008 and 2020, it was switched back to a U-16 Championship. The AFC has proposed switching back to an under-17 tournament starting from 2023. Moreover, the tournament will also be rebranded from the "AFC U-16 Championship" to the "AFC U-17 Asian Cup".

The Bangladesh national under-20 football team represents Bangladesh in international youth football competitions in SAFF U-20 Championship, AFC U-20 Championship and FIFA U-20 World Cup, as well as any other under-20, under-19 & under-18 international football tournaments. The team is operated under the Bangladesh Football Federation.

The Uzbekistan women's national U-17 football team is the female age of under-17 team representative football team for Uzbekistan. It has played in two AFC U-17 Women's Asian Cup but has not yet qualified for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
