Personal life

In 1984s, Mustafa married Humayun Faridi, another Bangladeshi actor. They were divorced on 18 March 2008. [11] Later she married Badrul Anam Saud, co-director of Dolls House, in July 2008. She is one of famous actress in Bangladesh. [24]

Aaj Robibar is a Bangladeshi television sitcom created by Humayun Ahmed that was originally aired on BTV in 1996. The series was directed by Monir Hossain Jibon. The lead characters were played by Abul Khair, Abul Hayat, Zahid Hasan, Meher Afroz Shaon, Shila Ahmed, Faruque Ahmed, Asaduzzaman Noor and Suborna Mustafa. It is cited as one of the most popular sitcoms in Bangladesh of the 90's, quotes from numerous episodes have become catchphrases in popular culture. It was re-aired in Hindi on the Indian television channel Star Plus in 2017.

Uttam Guho is a Bangladeshi art director of films and stage plays. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Art Direction a record 10 times for the films Anya Jibon (1995), Chitra Nodir Pare (1999), Hason Raja (2002), Lalon (2004), Raja Surja Khan (2012), Mrittika Maya (2013), Shankhachil (2016), Gohin Baluchor (2017), Ekti Cinemar Golpo (2018) and Gor (2020).

Nazma Anwar was a Bangladeshi film and television actress, and drama activist. She performed in Bengali films including Hajar Bachhor Dhore (2005), Dukhai (1997) Joyjatra (2004), Shonkhonil Karagar (1992), Chittagong: The Last Stopover (2000), Shankhonad (2004) and also in television drama plays including Iblish, Kothao Keu Nei, and Tahara.

Syed Salahuddin Zaki was a Bangladeshi film director, producer and film writer. He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Dialogue for the film Ghuddi (1980). He was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2021. Zaki died in Dhaka on 18 September 2023, at the age of 77.

MA Mobin is a Bangladeshi cinematographer and photographer. In 1977, he won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Cinematography for the film Simana Periye.

Jeetu Ahsan or Jitu Ahsan is a Bangladeshi actor. The son of actor Syed Ahsan Ali, popularly known as Sydney, and educator Suraiya Ahsan, Ahsan made his acting debut as a child artist in Mustafizur Rahman's 'Ekti Shetur Golpo' (1982) in Bangladesh Television. As an adult, Ahsan professionally entered the acting arena with Abdullah Al Mamun's soap opera "Joar Bhata" in the year 2000. "Joar Bhata" was the first soap opera in the country in which Ahsan portrayed an anti-hero character and was immediately recognised as an upcoming talent. Throughout his career, Ahsan has ventured many anti-hero characters and received much applause. Esteemed Actor Humayun Faridee termed Ahsan as the best and the most talented of the contemporary actors. He received “RTV STAR AWARD” in 2014 as BEST ACTOR. He acted in a pivotal character of the highly acclaimed seven national award winner movie “Gohin Baluchor” in 2016. Among his notable works are “Shaola”, “Andhokarer Biruddhe”, “Jowar Bhata”, “Tobuo Protikkha”, “Nouka Dubi”,“Gohiney”, “Elebele”. He is also a member of "Aranyak Nattadal" in theater.
