Suffolk County Council is a local council of the Boy Scouts of America that serves youth in Suffolk County, New York. The council currently has a membership of 11,000 youth and 4,000 adult volunteers.
The council operates a Council Service Center in Medford. The council is divided into four districts:

Baiting Hollow Scout Camp, which opened in 1926, is a year-round camping facility owned by the council, located in Baiting Hollow, New York. Baiting Hollow Scout Camp is a nearly 300-acre piece of property on the north shore of Long Island along the Long Island Sound. Other than the Long Island Sound, the property holds a large freshwater lake and a brackish marsh. The hilly (or seemingly mountainous) property offers sights of wild animals ranging from deer, to osprey, to wild turkey. While it is easy to wander about the property, it is almost impossible to get lost due to the road accessibility and distance from any of cabins and campsites.
The property offers the following accommodations, some things might be seasonal or weather dependent.
The Order of the Arrow is represented by Shinnecock Lodge 360. The lodge was founded on June 20, 1947. The lodge totem is the tern.

The Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America serves all of the state of Rhode Island and some of Massachusetts and Connecticut. Its several camps include Camp Yawgoog and Camp Cachalot.
Yawgoog Scout Reservation is a 1,800-acre (7 km2) reservation for scouting located in Rockville, Rhode Island and operated by the Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Founded in 1916, Yawgoog is the fourth-oldest continuously run Scout camp in the United States. At the camp is run an eight-week camping program every summer where Boy Scouts stay for a week with their troops. The reservation is divided into three camps: Three Point, Medicine Bow, and Sandy Beach.

Westchester–Putnam Council was a local council of the Boy Scouts of America, serving Boy Scouts in southeastern New York State. It merged with the Hudson Valley Council in January 2021 to become the Greater Hudson Valley Council.
The Pee Dee Area Council covers 11 counties in northeastern South Carolina: Darlington, Chesterfield, Marlboro, Florence, Dillon, Marion, Horry, Williamsburg, Lee, Sumter, and Clarendon.
Gulf Ridge Council served Scouts in west-central Florida with the council headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Youth were served in the following eight counties: Citrus, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, and Sumter. Gulf Ridge Council merged with West Central Florida Council on May 1, 2016, to form the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council.
The Patriots' Path Council includes Morris, Sussex, Somerset, Union, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey. It was established in 2000 with the merger of the Morris-Sussex Area Council (1936–1999) and the Watchung Area Council (1926–1999). On February 6, 2014, Patriots Path Council absorbed several Scouting units from the dissolved Central New Jersey Council (1999-2014).
Seneca Waterways Council (SWC) is a local council of the Boy Scouts of America that serves youth in Ontario, Wayne, Seneca, Yates, and Monroe Counties in Western New York. The current Council President is Lew Heisman. The current Council Scout Executive is Stephen Hoitt.
Northeastern Pennsylvania Council, with headquarters in Moosic, Pennsylvania, formed in 1990 from the merger of Forest Lakes Council and Penn Mountains Council of the Boy Scouts of America. It covers the metropolitan area of Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The council serves Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Wayne, Wyoming counties, and portions of Susquehanna county.
The South Florida Council is a 501(c)(3) organization chartered by the Boy Scouts of America to serve Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties in South Florida. As of 2018 the South Florida Council had a membership of more than 43,000 youth and adults.
The Bay-Lakes Council is the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) council serving eastern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, it is geographically one of the largest local BSA councils. Bay-Lakes Council #635 was formed on July 1, 1973, the product of a merger between six east Wisconsin councils. The council is served by Kon Wapos Lodge #635 of the Order of the Arrow.
The Miami Valley Council is a local council of the Boy Scouts of America and serves Darke, Preble, Miami, Shelby and Montgomery counties in Ohio.

The W. D. Boyce Council of the Boy Scouts of America serves youth in central Illinois, from Lincoln to Ottawa, and Peoria to Bloomington.
The Great Sauk Trail Council is a defunct local council of the Boy Scouts of America which was based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan serving Livingston County, Washtenaw County, Jackson County, Lenawee County, Hillsdale County, Monroe County, Eastern Calhoun County, and the city of Flat Rock, in Michigan.
Greater Tampa Bay Area Council serves Scouts in West-Central Florida with the council headquarters in Tampa, Florida. Youth are served in the following nine counties: Citrus, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sumter. Greater Tampa Bay Area Council was formed on May 1, 2016 by the merger of Gulf Ridge Council with West Central Florida Council.
