The Torre Latinoamericana is a skyscraper in downtown Mexico City. Its central location, height, and history make it one of the city's most important landmarks. It is widely recognized internationally as an engineering and architectural landmark since it was the world's first major skyscraper successfully built on highly active seismic zone. The skyscraper notably withstood the 8.1 magnitude 1985 Mexico City earthquake without damage, whereas several other structures in the downtown area were damaged.

It was previously the tallest building in the Philippines, a title it held starting year 2000 until the completion of Federal Land Tower in early 2017. It has a total ground to architectural top height of 259 metres (850 ft), with 52 storeys including an 8-level radio tower. It is a joint development of Filinvest Asia Corporation (FAC) and the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom). The building is the home of PBCom, one of the oldest Philippine banks. The bank occupies the building's first ten floors, with a food court on the seventh floor.
Rufino Pacific Tower or more commonly known as Rufino Tower or Rufino Plaza is an office skyscraper and is one of the tallest buildings in the Philippines and tallest buildings in Metro Manila. It remains as the tallest steel-framed building in the country. Rufino Building, and was modified to be the podium of the new tower. It is one of the few skyscrapers that utilizes car elevators.

It is home to the offices of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and is composed of two buildings: the taller RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower and the smaller RCBC Plaza Tower 2. The taller tower stands at 192 meters (630 ft) from the ground to its architectural top, and is currently the 8th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 16th-tallest building in the Philippines, while the shorter tower stands at 170 meters (560 ft). Greenfield District is a transit-oriented mixed-use development next to a rail station in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the old United Laboratories (Unilab) pharmaceutical plant and adjacent retail market in the village of Highway Hills adjoining the Kapitolyo village of Pasig to the east. The 15-hectare (37-acre) mixed commercial and residential complex is in the crossroads of EDSA and Shaw Boulevard immediately south of the Ortigas Center financial district. It consists of an office tower, condominium high-rises, a central park, retail centers and recreational facilities.
