"The Walls" is a song by American R&B singer-songwriter Mario, featuring guest vocals from rapper American Fabolous. The song was released in the United States as a Digital download on September 23, 2011, as an intended single for Mario's fifth studio album but the song was scrapped in favor of new material.
In an interview with Rap-Up TV, Mario revealed details on the new single and the album. [1] Mario explained that the first single really pays homage to women who are comfortable with being sexy outside and they’re sexy with their men when they get home. [2] This would be the last single that Mario released from the now-defunct J Records.

John David Jackson, better known by his stage name Fabolous, is an American rapper. Raised in Brooklyn, he first gained recognition for his ability upon performing live on DJ Clue's Hot 97 radio show. Jackson then signed to Clue's record label, Desert Storm Records in a joint venture with Elektra Records. He first gained mainstream prominence for his debut studio album Ghetto Fabolous (2001), which spawned the hit singles "Can't Deny It" and "Young'n ." His second album, Street Dreams (2003) was further commercially oriented and supported by the singles "Can't Let You Go" and "Into You" —both of which peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100.
"So Into You" is a song performed by Canadian singer Tamia from her self-titled debut album Tamia (1998). It was written by Tamia, Tim Kelley, and Bob Robinson, with production helmed by Kelley and Robinson under their production moniker Tim & Bob. The song is built around a sample from "Say Yeah" (1978) by American soul band The Commodores. Due to the inclusion of the sample, its writers Lionel Richie and Ronald LaPreads are credited as songwriters.
