Newbridge on Wye railway station stood on the single-tracked Mid Wales Railway between Builth Wells and Rhayader. It was closed on 31 December 1962 and the trackbed removed. The site has been cleared and now contains senior citizens' housing. An overbridge which formed the entry point to the station from the south is still in place.

Talyllyn Junction was a railway junction located 4 mi (6.4 km) east of Brecon, Powys, opened in 1869. The junction was triangular, with north, east and west chords, station platforms being sited at the western junction and also, until 1878, at the eastern junction. The Junction took its name from the adjacent tiny hamlet.

Moat Lane Junction was a railway junction in Montgomeryshire near to the village of Caersws in mid-Wales. It was the junction where the Newtown and Machynlleth Railway opened in 1863 diverged from the Llanidloes and Newtown Railway which opened four years earlier. Although having only three through platforms, by rural standards it was a busy interchange station and in its heyday possessed a refreshment room.

Boughrood and Llyswen railway station, in Boughrood Powys, Wales, was opened on 21 September 1864 by the Mid-Wales Railway as Boughrood Station, although excursions ran on 19 September and 20 September. It became Boughrood and Llyswen station on 1 October 1912 while under the ownership of the Cambrian Railways. On a single track main line, it had a passing loop with platforms on either side and a signal box at the northern end of the platform to Moat Lane Junction. The station closed on 31 December 1962.

Builth Wells railway station, in Llanelwedd Powys Wales was opened as Builth station on 21 September 1864 by the Mid-Wales Railway, although excursions ran on 19 and 20 September. It was renamed Builth Wells station in 1865 and served the town of Builth Wells. The station closed in 1962.

Llanstephan Halt railway station, in Llanstephan, Powys, Wales, was opened by the Great Western Railway on 6 March 1933. The nameboard stated Llanstephen Radnor Halt. It was closed by British Railways on 31 December 1962.

Moorhampton railway station was a station in the hamlet of Moorhampton, to the east of Norton Canon, Herefordshire, England. The station was opened for freight traffic on 24 October 1862 and closed on 31 December 1962. The station, now a caravan site, was on the B4230 Station Road.
