The Victory Bell refers to two bells used by the University of Portland at sporting and other events. The original is installed outside the Chiles Center. A new one was cast in 2012. [1]

The Downeaster is a 145-mile (233 km) passenger train service operated by Amtrak and managed by the Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority (NNEPRA), an agency of the state of Maine. Megan Anna Rapinoe is an American professional soccer player who plays as a winger for OL Reign of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), as well as the United States national team. Vancouver Whitecaps Football Club is a Canadian professional soccer club based in Vancouver. They compete in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member club of the league's Western Conference. The MLS iteration of the club was established on March 18, 2009, and began play in 2011 as the 17th team to enter Major League Soccer while replacing the USSF Division 2 team of the same name in the city, making them a phoenix club and the third to carry the Whitecaps name. Established in 2012, the team began play in 2013 in the then-eight-team National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), which received support from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). The Portland franchise is owned by Peregrine Sports LLC, which also owns the Portland Timbers of Major League Soccer (MLS). Alongside the Thorns, the Houston Dash and Orlando Pride are other NWSL teams with MLS affiliations.

Portland International Jetport is a public airport two miles (3 km) west of downtown Portland, Maine, United States. It is owned and operated by the City of Portland. A portion of the Jetport's property, including the main runway, is located within the neighboring city of South Portland. PWM covers 726 acres of land.
The Bell Tower is situated on the University of Portland campus in Portland, Oregon, United States. Built during late 2008 and early 2009 at a cost of $1.3 million, the brick tower houses fourteen bells that ring the hours and chime music. It is topped with a glass-reinforced concrete cupola and cross made of brushed stainless steel. It is the university's tallest structure at 95 feet (29 m), and has been the site of vigils and on-campus demonstrations.
