An election to the Neath Rural District Council in Wales was held in April 1925. It was preceded by the 1928 election and was followed by the 1934 election. [1] The successful candidates were also elected to the Neath Board of Guardians.

Aberavon is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom since 2015 by Stephen Kinnock of the Welsh Labour Party. It includes the town of Aberavon, although the largest town in the constituency is Port Talbot.

Peter Gerald Hain, Baron Hain is a British politician who served as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland from 2005 to 2007, Secretary of State for Work and Pensions from 2007 to 2008 and twice as Secretary of State for Wales from 2002 to 2008 and from 2009 to 2010. A member of the Labour Party, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Neath between 1991 and 2015.
