The National League, officially known as Vanarama National League for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in England. National League is the first division of the National Leagues and step 1 of the NLS and fifth-highest tier overall in the English football league system, after the Premier League and the EFL leagues and is contested by 24 clubs. Through the National League, clubs get promoted to the EFL League Two, one of the divisions of the English Football League. Formerly the Conference National, the league was renamed the National League from the 2015–16 season.

Denis Law was a Scottish footballer who played as a forward. His career as a football player began at Second Division Huddersfield Town in 1956. After four years at Huddersfield, he was signed by Manchester City for an estimated transfer fee of £55,000, which set a new British record. Law spent one year there before Torino bought him for £110,000, this time setting a new record fee for a transfer involving a British player. Although he played well in Italy, he found it difficult to settle there and signed for Manchester United in 1962, setting another British record transfer fee of £115,000.
Kamala Devi Harris is an American politician and attorney who served as the 49th vice president of the United States from 2021 to 2025 under President Joe Biden. She was the first female U.S. vice president, making her the highest-ranking female official in U.S. history. She was also the first African-American and the first Asian-American vice president. From 2017 to 2021, Harris served as a U.S. senator representing California. She was the attorney general of California from 2011 to 2017 and the district attorney of San Francisco from 2004 to 2011. A member of the Democratic Party, she was the party's nominee in the 2024 presidential election, becoming the first Asian-American nominated for president by a major U.S. political party, the second woman, and second African-American.
The 2024 Summer Olympics, officially the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad and branded as Paris 2024, were an international multi-sport event held from 26 July to 11 August 2024 in France, with several events started from 24 July.
