Air Force Falcons Intercollegiate sports teams of the United States Air Force Academy

The Air Force Falcons are the intercollegiate athletic teams that represent the United States Air Force Academy, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The athletics department has 17 men's and 10 women's NCAA-sanctioned teams. The current athletic director is Nathan Pine. Else-Marthe Sørlie Lybekk Norwegian handball player

Else-Marthe Sørlie Lybekk is a retired Norwegian team handball player, world champion from 1999, gold medalist from the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, and bronze medalist from the 2000 Olympics. She is also a triple European champion with the Norwegian national team, which she previously captained prior to the reign of fellow Gjøvik handballer Gro Hammerseng. She is the only player on the Norwegian team that received all the first five gold medals that the national team won up to the 2008 Olympics. Ending her career for Nordstrand in her second spell, she has previously played for Leipzig, Nordstrand, Snertingdal and Toten.

The AHF Asian Women's Handball Championship is a biennial continental handball competition contested by the senior women's national teams of the members of Asian Handball Federation (AHF). Since 2018, it also includes teams from Oceania. The competition also serves as a qualifying tournament for the IHF World Women's Handball Championship.

Cuba mens national handball team

The Cuba men's national handball team represents Cuba in international handball competitions and is controlled by the Cuban Handball Association.

The men's handball competition, one of two events of handball at the 2000 Summer Olympics, in Sydney, took place at The Dome during the preliminary round, quarter-finals, semi-finals and medal matches. A total of 180 players, distributed among twelve national teams, participated in this tournament.

USAFA Team Handball

USAF Team Handball is a handball club from Air Force Academy, Colorado, United States. They are the handball team of the United States Air Force Academy. They are one of the most successful men's college teams. Besides the Adelphi University and UCLA they are the only college team which has won an adult national title in 1978.
