The tournament allows teams to hire foreign players or imports with a height limit of 6 ft 5 in (1.96 m) for the top eight teams of combined results of the Philippine Cup and Commissioner's Cup, while the bottom four teams will be allowed to hire imports with no height limit. The teams were allowed to hire an additional Asian import with a height limit of 6 ft 3 in (1.91 m).
