Hong Kong Football Association Chairman's Cup 2006-07 was the 32nd staging of the competition, held between 5 March and 21 May 2007, and won by Citizen Reserve. The reserve teams of the 9 First Division League clubs entered the competition.
Despite the fact that the competition is for reserve teams, many teams send first team players for the matches. In fact, some of the clubs do not have any reserve team players, so many first team players, including foreign players, play in the matches as well.

Clyde Football Club is a Scottish semi-professional football club who play in Scottish League Two. Formed in 1877 at the River Clyde in Glasgow, the club host their home matches at New Douglas Park, having played at Broadwood Stadium from 1994 until 2022. Their biggest accomplishments were winning the Scottish Cup on three occasions: 1939, 1955 and 1958; they reached the final a further three times, all during a long period based at Shawfield. They have not played in the top division of Scottish football since 1975.
Happy Valley Athletic Association, known simply as Happy Valley or HVAA, is a Hong Kong football club which currently competes in the Hong Kong First Division. Perth Rectangular Stadium is a sports stadium in Perth, the capital of the Australian state of Western Australia. Located close to Perth's central business district, the stadium currently has a maximum capacity of 20,500 people for sporting events and 25,000 people for concerts, with the ground's record attendance of 32,000 people set during an Ed Sheeran concert in 2015. The land on which the stadium was built, known as Loton Park, was made a public reserve in 1904, with the main ground developed several years later.
