The 2008 European Superstock 600 Championship was the fourth season of the European Superstock 600 Championship. The season was contested over tenth races, beginning at Circuit Ricardo Tormo on 6 April and ending at Algarve International Circuit on 2 November. Loris Baz clinched the title after beating closest rival Marco Bussolotti.

Jamie Hamilton is a Northern Irish motorcycle road racer. He competed in International road races aboard a Suzuki GSX-R1000, a Honda CBR600RR and a Kawasaki ER6. Hamilton suffered major injuries when crashing during the TT races in June 2015, and was discharged from Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast in August, needing future surgery to extend his badly-broken leg.
Niccolò Canepa is a former Italian professional motorcycle road racer contracted from 2022 to RNF Racing in the MotoE World Cup aboard an Energica Ego Corsa. Canepa won the 2007 European Superstock 1000 Championship on a Ducati, and spent 2008 as a tester of their MotoGP and World Superbike machines.

The season was contested over ten races, beginning at Circuit Ricardo Tormo on 23 April and ending at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours on 8 October. Claudio Corti clinched the title becoming the first ever European Superstock 600 Championship champion after beating closest rival Yoann Tiberio.
