The 2010 Americas Rugby Championship season was the second season of the Americas Rugby Championship. [1] This was the only edition of the tournament in which Tonga A was featured. [2]

Originally competed by various interlocking combinations of club, second-tier national and top national sides, the current international tournament has the top national sides competing. The current format provides these top national teams with additional test matches to be counted in the World Rugby Rankings.

The Canada under 20 rugby team is the junior national rugby union team from Canada. It replaced the two former age grade teams, the under 19s and under 21s, in 2008. The team competed at the IRB Junior World Championships in 2008 and 2009 but were relegated to the IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy for 2010. The team has yet to make their way back to the top competition.

Koloti Telusa Pelaki Veainu is a rugby union player. He plays at fullback or on the wing for Stade Français. He was born and raised in New Zealand, but he represents Tonga internationally. He is known for his speed, elusiveness and strength from fullback, earning him a place in Will Greenwood's Daily Telegraph team of the year for 2016/17.

Hallam Benjamen Amos is a former Welsh rugby union player who played for Cardiff Rugby and Newport Gwent Dragons. He mostly played as a wing, but he was also capable of playing at fullback and as a centre. Born in Stockport, England, he came through the Newport Gwent Dragons academy and made his professional debut for the region in October 2011 at the age of 17 years and 28 days, briefly making him the youngest player to appear for one of the four Welsh regional sides. After eight years with the Dragons, during which time he made 115 appearances, he moved to the Cardiff Blues in 2019.

The Fiji national under 20 rugby team is for Fijian rugby union players aged 20 or under on January 1 of the year during which they are selected.

In June 2012, France toured Argentina to play two Tests against the Pumas. The French tour was one in a series of tours by northern teams to be hosted by southern hemisphere nations.

Mathieu Raynal is a professional rugby union referee. He officiates at the highest level in the Top 14, European club rugby, and is on the World Rugby referee panel. In 2012, he broke his two legs in two places after getting too close to the action.

Milton Haig is a New Zealand rugby union coach and former player. He was the head coach of the Georgian national team that annually competes the European Nations Cup.

Shannon Michael Frizell is a Tongan born New Zealand rugby union player who plays for Tasman in the Bunnings NPC and the Highlanders in Super Rugby. His position of choice is flanker.

The 2012 Americas Rugby Championship season was the third season of the Americas Rugby Championship. It took place between 12 and 20 October 2012 in Langford, British Columbia. The tournament featured the same teams as in the 2010 version, Argentina Jaguars, Canada Selects, USA Selects, with the exception of Uruguay who replaced Tonga A. The Argentina Jaguars won the tournament going undefeated in three matches.

The 2018 World Rugby Americas Pacific Challenge was the third tournament of the Americas Pacific Challenge, which is a development competition for the Americas and Pacific island nations. The competition was hosted by Uruguay with all games played at the 14,000 capacity stadium Estadio Charrúa in Montevideo. Samoa A won the tournament for the first time, winning all three of their matches.
